As the other reviews noted, their billing practice or process is suspect. Even after contacting them upon go through conflicting billing with Blue Cross Blue Shield who kindly conferenced the lab to review, the billing person promised to return the call to settle an open invoice that we were unaware had amassed, but she never called back. They appear to follow predatory billing practices. We will require that our physician not use them in the future.

I think this is the best blood testing diagnostic lab in the city. I've been to most in the San Fernando Valley and assume they get most of their help from various gulags around the world. I drag my entire family along with myself to this inglorious walkup in a dowdy Burbank 'hood and am almost always met with a chipper and largely Filipina staff who is friendly, fast and efficient. The lack of meanness is hugely noticeable as is the relaxed atmosphere. Totally worth having to drive across the Valley to take these tests: blood, urine, disease, paternity, whatever. Good prices, fast turnaround and shocking levels of competence everywhere. No one else comes close.

Funny how I get charged by you and my doctor for labs. Oh that's right, if an in-network doctor chooses an out-of-network lab, then you both get paid. Sheisty!
