Pathetic is the only word I can come up with. Not the food, but their employees behavior. Violence can't be tolerated, but it appears that management will try to cover for their employees actions. Both the owner and delivery dude appear to be related. Use their delivery driver at your own risk because he's likely going to punch you out. In any case I understand delivery dude is currently spending the eve of Thanksgiving 2023 behind bars tonight because Burbank P.D. took him away in cuffs. The store had to shut down because I think delivery dude is more than he appears. It's my belief they are in reality co-owners.

Pizza Hut follows in the tradition of many other established businesses that put profit over service. Their quality has consistently gone downhill, and their prices keep going up. I see now why they got rid of the dining areas. If your pizza is bad, nobody has to look at you, and there's no manager to complain to. I give them 2 years before they go out of business.

Their employees are a danger to the public. They tend to hit members of the public for no apparent reason. They then try to have their victims arrested. Can you really trust criminal assailants to make good pizza and deliver it without incident. Take your business elsewhere.

Delivery driver can’t keep his hand to himself! He actually got arrested for hitting someone on the public sidewalk!! If you value good people and want to be able to be safe when your delivery driver comes then order from somewhere else!!

The service here is terrible. I was in the area attending a protest and ordered some pizzas. When I picked them up the owner was at the front the bald guy with glasses and he was rude AF. Basically blew me off when I mentioned the cold pizza. He must of been in some type of bad mood so I don’t recommend coming here. Especially because the owner seems like a douche.

Dont order from this location, there is a complete psychopath working here. Psycho delivery driver likes to punch people in the face for no reason. There is a video of the attack and arrest on youtube.Also, the pizza here is way overpriced and disgusting.

Terrible service and terrible food. I don't recommend coming here because the owner is a racist prick. He was rude, he was condescending and just straight up a-hole. Don't go here find another pizza place that actually deserves your business because this location definitely does not.
