I had a very disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, making me and my two young children feel like our concerns were not taken seriously. I waited longer than scheduled with my kids while we were all fasting, without any clear explanation, and when I finally was attended to, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested in providing proper assistance. Their lack of communication and apparent disregard for patient care made the entire process stressful and frustrating. Overall, I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend Quest Diagnostics based on this encounter.

The Burbank location is the best location I have visited. I will go nowhere else.

Not a good place to visit anymore. You will waist your time and money instead of getting what you paid. Will never come here and will not let friends of mine to use this place.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the management and operations at this particular Quest Diagnostics location. Despite the lab’s stated policy of accepting walk-in patients, my experience suggests that walk-ins are not accommodated in a reasonable or efficient manner.
During my recent visit, I waited for over three and a half hours without being seen, ultimately deciding to leave. While waiting, I spoke with another patient who had already been there for more than four hours, despite only three people being ahead of him at check-in. Notably, three scheduled appointments did not show up during my wait; since each appointment is allocated 15 minutes, this should have freed up at least 45 minutes for walk-in patients. However, no walk-ins were called during this time.
When the other patient inquired about the delay, he was met with a surprisingly hostile and unprofessional response from a staff member, who suggested he should have made an appointment and dismissed his concerns about the process.
Additionally, I observed that elderly patients received little assistance from staff, often relying on younger patients to help them check in.
This situation could be significantly improved by designating several staff members to handle appointments and one to assist walk-ins, ensuring that both groups are served in a timely manner.
Given the lengthy wait times, lack of organization, and unprofessional behavior exhibited by some staff members, I do not plan to return to this location and would caution others to consider alternative options

Karen and the rest of the staff are unhelpful and incompetent. We had made an appointment, showed up, waited 40 minutes, and they notified us that our appointment somehow had been cancelled. If your system is faulty, that’s not my problem, and the least you can do is be helpful and offer some solutions. Instead, they treated us with no respect and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Terrible attitude and even worse service. Karen especially was disgusting, both inside and out. Save yourselves and avoid this place.

Wait times are terrible even if you get here 30mins before they open like i did expecting that i would be seen early. Don’t walk in. Make an appointment. Also, you need to make the appointment weeks in advance.

I had an appointment and came before the appointed time. There were also people who came on time. We all sat in line for more than 20 minutes and no one came out and took patients inside, although their appointment time had already come.

Must have an appointment!
So, no one likes having to get labs done, but the testing part isn't terrible. I've been here several times and the staff has always been professional and good at what they do.
I will say, however, they are always packed, which makes parking and the waiting room a nightmare. Trying to get a walk-in appointment isn't impossible, but you're MUCH better off making an appointment.

Terrible service. The Hispanic girl with glasses thinks she owns the world. I showed up at 7:20am without an appt (did I tell you I had 2 appts prior during which their system crashed and I had come back because they don’t even have appt available early on) so I came back to get my blood work. The girl with glasses told me I had to wait. Ok I get it if I dont have an appt I need to wait but where is the curtesy when I explained to her my situation. She looked at me like I am crazy and just took the next appt. I hope her management reads this and tells her that she is just a phlebotomist not a doctor who cures cancer.

1. Told that my location did not make appointments
2. They did, and I was o a wait list with people that had been waiting for hours
3. It's been 24 hours and no results for a test that could be done and read instantly with finger stick protocol
4. No butterfly needles/ only vacu tube draw
5. WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND

Had a great experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. Been to other locations in the past and did not have good experiences. This location is great! Sheria in particular was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. She made the experience quick and painless. I will be requesting that my doctor refer me to this location in the future specifically because of her.
