GOD DAMN THEM!!! They have screwed up my life multiple times with their vast incompetence! This last time was the final straw, where they "forgot" to take samples for one of the tests I needed. Didn't find out a week later that they screwed up, then I had to retake the test, they didn't deliver it in time, which meant I had to reschedule another important appointment that got pushed back nearly a month. These people don't care about you at all, no attention to detail, and apparently they have total idiots working at this medical "health" facility. The previous time I went in to get a medical test, when they were taking blood, the nurse/doctor had a coughing fit while the needle was still in my arm, and it began wagging back in forth in my flesh, like the tail of a dog. You can't make this stuff up. But if you don't believe me, try them yourself and roll the dice with these clumsy, incompetent morons.

The staff turned me away twice in one week as a walk-in and also tried turning away a pregnant woman who left to get her paperwork from her car, claiming that she was too late. The staff is quite irritable and unprofessional. Avoid coming to this branch.

I came and signed in only 10 minutes late because I went to bring my child from the car. I was told they cannot see my child, as I am late, only 10 minutes. However, they saw another patient whose appointment was at 4:40 and they let her in at 4:20

Wildly slow... don't come here as a walk in. They run late for appointments. Avoid this location.

I arrived as a walk in at 410p when they close at 5p. I checked in rather quick on the self check in system. Nobody was in the waiting room nor in the system to be in the back already. After approx 10min, someone comes out and says they can’t take me bc they close at 445p. Umm it’s literally 420p! He suggested going next door to the building nearby at another Quest location. I walked in at the other site about 425p and there were a few appointments ahead of me that walked in at their time. They called me back at 445p and were a completely different welcoming environment. I suggest not wasting your time at this location and go directly to the one at 2106 building a walk over.

I just had a horrible encounter with Elizabeth at 201 Buena Vista #225. I was a walk-in, but only waited 10-15 minutes. Elizabeth called me into the room and I gave her my paperwork. She rudely said "I can't take this because the doctor didn't put your name on the form and YOU can't add your own name." I was stunned by her nasty tone, but told her I would go back to the doctor and come back in 5 minutes. She said, "There's no guarantee I'll take you when you come back." I returned in 5 minutes, kept banging on the door and when she finally answered she refused to take me and ignored all of my questions. She felt she could treat me like garbage because I didn't have an appointment. So unprofessional!

I have never waited so long for a simple blood test. Appointments at this location are useless. You will wait at least 30 minutes after arriving to get served. Avoid this location. No wonder why the reviews are horrible.

Please remind me never to come to this location again. All the reviews about the slow service is exact. I had an appt for 8:30 am. I was on time. When I was called in by the phlebotomist, she said she had nothing from my Dr. So I said I would go down to my car and get the referral (it's normally already in their system). It took me 5-8 mins and to get the referral. When I got back, she had taken another patient. Understandable. She had the patient in with her for over 30 mins! While the other phlebotomist took 2 patients and was on her 3rd before my phlebotomist got through with her one patient. Did she take me next? No, she went onto another patient and I waited another 30 mins. When I finally thought it would be my turn, she took me into the cubicle but told me to wait while she worked on another patient. Knowing how long it was going to take, I left after waiting 90 mins! I made another appt at the 2601 Alameda office for a couple of days later. It took the phlebotomist 10 mins to take my blood and complete the paperwork! Quest has three offices within walking distance in Burbank - just avoid 201 Buena Vista!

I do not recommend this place! My appointment was for today 3:40 so I came early around 12pm expecting to be taken in as they say “we always prioritize appointments over walk ins” well that is complete drivel. It is now 3:35pm and I’ve seen over 14 walk ins come and leave before me. What’s worse is that when I arrived there was myself and only 2 other appointments checked in and 9 walk in. Walk ins were being called in first. I will NEVER come here again. Mostly only people with appointments were complaining in the wait area and asking what’s the point of appointment. Well the answer is there is no point. I am extremely disappointed and upset.Edit: Finally was called in while written my review at 1538 and out by 1544. Phlebotomist was sweet so I added a star.

What an awful experience. There's no human being to talk to if you need help, just a tablet to check in on. Then they keep you waiting for hours in a tiny holding room with a super loud TV playing 3 ads on a loop.

Hello I want to file a complaints in regards to this facility. I went in as a walk in since it's posted on the window by the door "walk-in welcome". I waited for over an Hour I was the only stand by patient and was still not taken back. There were several time where between patients that there was a big gap between appointments were they could have taken my daughter in for a blood draw and the chose not to. I honestly believe it was due to her age being 5 that they did everything in their power to not see her. I kindly asked the short Hispanic lady how much longer and she clearly stated to me that they don't do walk ins only appointments and to go make an appointment for the bloodwork. Like seriously I patiently waited an hour for you to tell me that. They clearly saw my daughters name on the wait list. Then she went ahead and told me that's the reason why those machine were invented (the machine where you check in) she was completely rude and it's very disappointing when you work in the medical field. Quest should really have a better system or just state appointment only and not make patients feel any less important just because they don't have an appointment. She then advised me that the only way they take walk-in if any is if patients miss an appointment, but you don't know who or how many miss their appointments since people with appointments keep checking in way in advance from their actual appointments and they get taken back. The three ladies working today looked like they were annoyed to be working. Remember you applied for this job the job didn't go looking specifically for you. If you hate your job that much that your face shows it why not find a job that fits your attitude. Doesn't take much for a smile or to be kind. Quest should really investigate how this facility is treating patients and not brush it under the rug. I'm sure who ever read this will most likely ignore my complaint but I will do what I can to make other patients aware of how we are being treated by health care workers.

Carol, who took my blood, was amazing. I had an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. Clean and organized office. I definitely recommend an appointment, since appointments are always seen before walk-ins

If you're looking to walk in, forget it!They didn't even have the courtesy to let those who were on the standby list know that it was best to reschedule. Instead there was no straight answer as to if we should keep waiting or not. I was hoping my toddler would be able to be seen even if I had to wait. He was growing impatient but I stuck by thinking I would be seen. I come to find out there had been 11 people on the list since 11am that had not been seen. I waited until the last slot when they told me to reschedule. I don't understand why they couldn't just communicate and be honest. I wasted my time. Don't waste yours. Will not return.
