This ralphs is bigger than the others around, I mean they offer a ton more items when it comes to sister Stores such as; the one in Glendale or DTB (Downtown Burbank) Although there is ample parking, they share the lot with CVS - only one way out on Alameda which jams up. Back to the store, again a variety of items, Mediterranean and Asian aisles are beefed up. They are missing 2 stars because when I arrived, the lady at the hot food, deli counter wasn't too happy that I asked about cooked whole rotisserie chicken, its was about 1030am she said give it 10 mins and the timer only had 4 mins and I said no problem, I'll wait. She must've felt pressured because after she pulled the chickens out, she was very rude when I wished her a nice day! Sorry, I inconvenienced you work today!

When you buy flowers and pay for special wrap, doesn't mean your next in line. If you're Armenian you go to THE FRONT OF THE LINE.

Don't buy gif card from here! I received a gift card on my birthday for $150. When I wanted to use it in September there was only $1.62. I contacted the gift card company and was online for hours as well as made several visit to Ralfs. Ralfs management and employees are well aware of the fraud and no corrective actions were made... I spent 20+ hours being on the phone

I'm very tough on here but I had wonderful service 6 weeks ago from David who took care of my 89 yr old father when I was not there and tonight when I went in to ask for a correction to a clipped coupon that didn't work. Wonderful service! David did a great job. Ralphs did a great job

They say they close at 1am, but that’s more like a time the employees want to be clocked out. They will tell you they are closed (before closing) while they guard the door and other shoppers are still inside shopping.

Don’t trust the store hours online because they don’t let you win less than 30 minutes before they close. I had to get two items, but they wouldn’t let me in with more than 25 minutes left before closing.

On July 2, at approximately 7pm, I visited this establishment to purchase $70 worth of filet Mignon for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. The following evening, as I began preparing the meat for marination, I discovered that the first package had an unbearable odor, causing my pregnant wife to almost vomit. I contacted the store to inform them of the situation. Despite not having the receipt, I was initially informed that if the remaining meat were still packaged, a refund would be provided. However, upon visiting the store and discussing the matter with a clerk, I was directed to speak with the manager. Regrettably, the manager responded with the following exchange: Manager: "If you want a refund, you need to return it to the store you originally purchased it from." Me: "This is the store I purchased it from--I live around the corner." Manager: "No, you purchased it from store #80." Me: "So are you saying I'm lying? And where exactly is store #80 located?" Manager: "It's in Irvine, that's where it was purchased" Me: "Why would I make such a significant purchase in Irvine when I live nearby?" Manager: "Look, we can give you a store gift card since you don't have the receipt, or you can take it back to the store where you made the purchase." Realizing that progress was not being made with this man, I reluctantly accepted the gift card. However, I decided to visit the meat department and noticed that nearly every piece of meat was labeled with store #80, which supposedly belonged to the Irvine location according to store management. To support my claims, I recorded a video at the Burbank store, clearly showing the meat packages labeled with store #80, and shared the footage with the manager. Subsequently, the manager apologized for the mishap. Unfortunately, I now have to spend additional money at another establishment, and I am left with a Ralph's store card. I did, however give the $70 gift card to one of the courtesy clerks. It's not the money but the principle. It was disheartening that the manager insinuated that I was being dishonest. I will no longer be visiting any type of Ralph's establishments in the future.

This was a quick stop to Ralphs for a few items that I needed for dinner. Got me a couple of steaks and was outta there in a matter of minutes. Their prices have gone up quite considerably but what can we do about it. We've all gotta eat right.
