Great store and employees. Aisles are nice and products not misplaced in different aisles like the Buena Vista and victory store as it seems it's done intentionally by the go back employees who just toss products at wrong aisles as even seen perishable products hidden in shelves of wrong aisle but not with this store. No complaints about this store and there even hip to if there's excess customers they will open a checkstand.

Very rude employees, they have no interest to help you if you ask a question.

I’m leaving this review because I know upper management and corporate read these reviews…..And it was important for me to leave this review because I just felt like they should not be able to get away with this….. I believe Jessica is an immature bully who thinks she can treat people the way she wants without repercussions…I was hired to work at this store a couple of months ago…. I worked very hard at my job, even with my disabilities…. Even though it was previously discussed when I was hired about what shifts I would potentially be working….. one of my managers ( Jessica ) went against what we had previously discussed…. In an effort to find a solution and keep my job I thought I would try to transfer stores…. Nothing personal she just made it seem like my availability didn’t work for her…. For whatever reason when I inquired about transferring to the other store, the other manager told my store managers, and Jessica was quite offended, even texting me why I was being sneaky and doing things behind her back…. Which to me was a very odd response when all I was trying to do is find a solution that meant I could keep my job…. And from there I felt as though I was being retaliated against….I received a lot of hostility and cold shoulder ….She no longer wanted to help me with anything, even despite making such a big deal about her being my point of contact …. She flat out ignored me on many occasions where I would text her …. She no longer was trying to help me move up from courtesy clerk to combo to cashier…. She made claims of “working with my availability” but would schedule me at outrageous times back to back (no other courtesy clerk worked the schedule I worked..I was pretty much the only clerk to be scheduled to work multiple 7-9 hour shifts back to back ) and then from there just removed me from the schedule completely… then my final straw was when I had a very serious family emergency and yet again, she still chose to ignore me…. And she couldn’t even do me the courtesy of telling me she was going to let me go….One thing I have learned in my short time of employment here is that they have a very high turnover rate….. I’ve been told by multiple employees that most people don’t last very long…. And they didn’t expect me to last very long either because unless you’re one of their favorites, they don’t keep you around… and I guess advocating for yourself, and not allowing them to walk all over you doesn’t work for them…... I’m tired of big corporations that have people like this that work for them getting away with stuff like this, so I think it’s time to speak up… treating people like they don’t matter is never OK in any situation, especially when they work hard to make you money….. and it was very clear to me that Jessica only likes employees that she can otherwise take advantage of…. (Why do you think she hired so many young people? ) And to be quite honest, that doesn’t sit very well with me…. And I don’t think this is somewhere that I would even want to be employed…. So while many people may enjoy shopping here, there’s a lot you guys don’t see behind closed doors….. and trust me the employees talk…. I could probably tell you so much more but these are not my experiences to share so I won’t….. it does kind of suck that this is how things ended…. Because I had very many regulars in my short amount of time here that adored me and I adored them right back…. You’re going to miss having an employee that genuinely cared for your customers and went above and beyond for them every time….. but on the bright side, this gives me the opportunity to jump back into what I’m passionate about.. which, oddly enough is reviewing businesses on social media…. Can you believe my last video got 1 million views? So I’m going to try to turn this into a positive and focus back on the things that make me happy instead of working for spiteful, greedy corporations….. 0/10 would not recommend working here….. and hearing how they talk about customers behind their backs, I wouldn’t wanna shop here either…. Best of luck to you all ?

The person who is in the production has a very bad attitude when asked for help with a product. His name is Criss.

Pharmacist Jaqueline - thank you so much for working with me to get my Rx when stuck in town after our flight home was canceled. It may seem like a small thing but your friendly demeanor and willingness to help is greatly appreciated. ?

Convenient location, but Ralph's at Alameda/San Fernando is better...and close to Trader Joe's, which is FAR superior than Sprouts, which is across the street from this Ralphs.

They helped a customer harass me because my dog was in my car at 66 degrees. And the wrong bathroom code.If you see a dog in a car. Stop looking in other people's windows, it's creepy.

11:20pm June first. Why is there bad customer service in the self check out? Don't tell me how to scan my items hovering over my shoulder when I did not ask for help. Talking in a patronizing tone to customers is pathetic. Do better!

I've been coming to this Ralphs location before it was a Ralphs. I remember coming here when it was a Hues. When I was a kid coming here with my Grandma I do remember ppl being more friendly. I have been here every year since I was a little kid till now.I have experienced no friendly interactions with anyone here. I've noticed that every employee doesn't talk to their customers.I've never been in a line here and noticed the cashier smile or chit chat with customers. The store has a huge parking lot in the front and the back. I'm not sure why they don't do some construction and expand the store.I went through the self checkout and instead of telling me good morning, hello, how are you or any eye contact it's non existent. The woman who watches the self checkout looked on her screen to see if I bought a bag and I did infant but still why not smile and talk to the customer.I come here to have a small memory of my Grandma when I come here and shop but other than that. This location is terrible and if I were you reading this; go to another location.

Great neighborhood ralphs, a bit smaller than some other but it has everything you need as well as dependable and kind staff.

The pharmacist who works nights is one of the most condescending and unpleasant people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been filling my medication here for two years and out of the blue he snapped at me and said refilling my meds and accepting my doctors prescriptions has always been against their policy and refused to provide me with any information as to why I have been getting the same meds there for years, from the same doctor and would not answer me when I asked if I needed to go to another pharmacy or ask my doctors office to call. Not having access medication suddenly for health issues is scary and disruptive and he could not have cared less. Everyone else at the pharmacy has always been pleasant, but I have since switched pharmacies to avoid ever having to deal with him again.
