Horrible management. I went to purchase a scratch off lottery ticket for the first time and I needed assistance. It being my first time I didn’t know the process. I asked for assistance to a bagging clerk who kind enough to grab her manager. I overheard the manager ridiculing me to the bagging clerk of how confused I was. I work in customer service and felt disrespected and put off from her attitude. To be kind I asked hi how are you and she ignored me to ask what I needed. I let her know it was first time and didn’t know what to do. She helped me find out how much I earned from that ticket. I didn’t know then that the lottery scores close a certain time. When I found out about my earnings, I was cheerful to give it to the clerk but the rude a. Hole of a manager yelled at me from a far distance that it was closed. It was embarrassing for her to disrespect a customer that way. She looked miserable to be there, then find another job!!!!!

Didn't have to wait long at all, as soon as the lines started to get long at check the management was quick to open up 2 more registers so there was only about a 3 min waiting time for check out!!! OUTSTANDING!!! GREAT MANAGMENT!!!

This store has grossly declined in quality. I would give negative stars if it were an option. Horrible management. Several times over the last year I have had several items either not get bagged or not charged and not bagged only to find they're missing upon getting home. When trying to call the manager on 4/18/24 to discuss this after my trip to the store on 4/17/24, the phone rings for 10 to 20 min straight with no answer. I called the deli and asked them to switch me to a manager only to wait on hold for 15 min and have the lone disconnected. I was calling to speak with the manager but I also was trying to get the location of their headquarters. The information is not listed on the website either. Since I've been shopping there (2016 to present) I have witnessed the addition of 10 or more self checkouts, hardly any checkers and of those, a couple are quite rude to people and the lines are out the door because they're so busy. In addition the selection has gone downhill, it's poorly positioned and low on stock, yet the prices have skyrocketed. So, it's pay more money, have less quality, less choice, lousy customer service, no access to upper management, noone to check your groceries. BUT the stores are hiring less personnel because they want to force us to use self checkout yet Kroger is making hand over fist profits. Unacceptable! Later Ralph's, it's Vons/pavillions or Sprouts for me from now on. Your company should be sited and fined for fleecing the people. Incidentally, I have been letting your phone line ring the entire time I've been writing this review from my phone (21 min and 27 seconds) and it'sthe 7th call on a row. No wonder so many people steal from your store. The cops are there everytime I go because of shoplifting. You're location is in a nice area with low crime. I hope you go bankrupt and lose all your stock divs. You're sickening corporate power mongers.

Raised prices but less employees. Swamped right now and everyone congested at registers. Where's the extra cost going if not to support the staff?

Shopping here is almost impossible. No room too. Who needs a tower of coke cans near the seafood area, try to buy cheese, forget it. NO ROOM! I will no longer shop there.

I avoided coming to this Ralph's after experiencing terrible customer service a few years back . I just moved to Burbank a few months ago and this is the closest Ralph's now . I guess nothing has changed because the employees are still extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to return an item I literally purchased 20 minutes prior and the check our worker was so rude Such a bummer because any other Ralphs I've been to they're pretty nice . I guess I will continue travel to Sherman Oaks Ralphs for things I need .

I called Ralphs on Victory and Buena Vista to find out if they had Pork Lard. I rang 3 Times and the Dial Zero Option Did Not Work. Nobody Answered the Phone . I ended up pressing Option #4 and a Very Kind Gentleman Named Ernest or Ernie answered the phone and Went Out of his way to help me. He checked stock on the product I needed and informed me they are out of stock. Saving me a trip. Management, Take Note: It is people like Ernie who Make for a Good Shopping Experience. But sadly it is People like Ernie who are Under valued. It is He (Ernie) alone who gets the 5-Star Review!

Walking and front door with bigger poster says $5.00 for chicken. As I approach to the counter some people took a few chicken on their shopping carts so I made a Conversations with... I bought 2 chickens to home and other treats. It turned out easy seasoned chicken and I finished half. I definitely come back in Thursday and Sunday for other treats.. yummy, too

Mercy was so kind and helpful. I was stuck in the self checkout line, and she came right over and helped me check out, without embarrassing me or rushing me. Great work!

3.5/5 We stopped in here quick for some sundries while we were on vacation. I'm not sure if this is a CA thing or not but it was stressful to get a cart since we couldn't enter the entrance area again until we left. Staff weren't super friendly. Decent selection with OK prices, it got the job done!
