A perfect play place for little ones! We usually come during the week when it’s less busy, but it’s always nice for them to socialize and meet new friends. We went to the place across the way, but found the time limit restraining and also challenging with other kids, who seem to be older. I appreciate that they don’t charge the adult caregivers, so we can bring grandparents and other loved ones to play with our babies, while us parents can get some work done, since they’ve got couches, tables, & WiFi. Also, it’s nice to be able to leave to shop or eat, and come back to rest, change diapers, regroup, while they get their next wave of energy. I’ve also been able to nurse and nap my infant comfortably. Lastly, all their employees are friendly, however, Alex, also a parent of little ones, (so she gets it, like all of it) always seems to be attentive while resetting toys and cleaning different areas. Heads up!— Bring socks for everyone, always supervise your kids, & have fun!

This review you is very long overdue, but I have restrained from posting it because the employees that I speak to are very sweet about the situation. I have been coming many many times and every time it seems like nothing is being done in regards to the things I bring up to the employees I’m not sure if this is part of communication or just plain management being neglectful. I had an incident with one of the slides. My daughter scratched her bottom because of exposed screws when I brought it up to the worker , tape was put on top of the screws, which was fine for the time being but after time the tape is no longer sticky. On the same structure, there is a big yellow tube slide. It’s very concerning because when my four year-old
Goes down it looks and sounds like it’s going to fall apart. I have noticed some cracks and some very loose and broken connectors. This makes me very worried that it’s one day going to fall if they have your child slides down when I brought this up with the employee that said they are aware And they were looking to get it replaced or removed. This was months ago and to my surprise nothing has been done. It’s extremely upsetting because these are clear safety hazards and it seems like they are not being taken seriously on another note. There are ripped couches, dirty bathroom walls and cracked walls throughout the entire facility. I’m not sure if this is just plain neglect or the owners are no longer carrying due to the other indoor playground that opened up across. They have wonderful employees for every time. Listen to my concern, but I feel like nothing is going to be done unless publicly spoken out.

Brought my grandchildren here and will definitely be bringing them again. Staff is amazing! Family owned location that keeps the place very clean. Has a variety of snacks for kids and adults :-). All day stay for a very affordable price.

I’ve been coming to Rockin Kids with my now 7 and 3 year olds. We love this place! Keeps the kids entertained for hours. Clean environment - that includes the bathroom! Great snack variety. Extremely nice people here. This place is a gem. Come on down for hours of fun. Love love love.

Wonderful staff who check in with you and keep it tidy.
Perfect place for babies and young toddlers. Plenty of snacks and beverages for purchase but they do welcome you bring in
your own.

Amazing manager and team! They did a great job setting up the place as instructed. Sweet girls that went above and beyond helping. Everyone had fun! Affordable prices that won't break your bank unlike other places with their party packages. Valerie, Bella did an amazing job setting up the balloon arch themed toy story and decorated the whole place! Thank you team for making it happen for us 🫶🏼

This review is directed to management… Decided to give this place another chance after a horrible experience a couple months ago, the front desk attendant was super nice but visibly sick. She stayed away from the children which I appreciate but you could tell she was sick and in pain! I understand being short staffed but does management really require sick employees to come while sick….

Honestly, it's the best playground out there. The materials and staff are amazing. Valeria deserves a special review from one of her regular customers. I come in with my daughter, and she always asks to see Valeria. We got a monthly pass, which has been the best decision ever. Valeria is well-organized and clearly loves her job. Her positive attitude and big smile make every customer feel welcome. She's always professional and joyful, making our visits truly enjoyable. I'm so happy she's working at a playground my child and I love.

I'm so happy to be back at this playground after the holidays. My son loves this place, and I really admire how many materials are available here that are perfect for his development and social skills. I'm really glad to see such great materials and staff. I have to give a huge shout out to Valeria, who is always on top of things, constantly cleaning up after all the children, and is very aware of anything that needs attention. Her customer service is on point, and she makes this playground really welcoming. I definitely want to come back, and I'm so happy to be here again.

Best place to have your kids birthday !
We celebrated my son bday and it was an amazing experience. I was stress free , amazing customer service thank you to Valeria she is the sweetest and amazing host .

Valeria is AMAZING, it’s so rare to find people with great customer service nowadays and she is one of them! She welcomes you with a smile! She remembers my daughter’s name and makes her feel so special and comfortable. She’s always on the go keeping the place cleaned, stocked, checks on everyone! So attentive! The establishment is super fun and clean highly recommended!

Great indoor playground! Affordable entrance fee and for all day! Yea please ! Valerie is such a great communicator with the kids. Very gentle and supportive when my child takes off their socks.
