Frank was great! Came in, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. But I'm not happy with my first appointment getting canceled after waiting for 6+ hours, and then having to go two extra days around Christmas with no hot water!!! Not at all happy about that!!!

Jorge was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.Sears needs to have a better system of taking a check. It was rejected three times and then my repair person had to call another number to figure out the problem. The wait to get a human was excruciating, so I told him to hang up and I paid by credit card.

It is very difficult giving this a one star, because I have many Sears products in my home. Our water heater has been out for a week and here in Santa Clarita they only do services on Mondays and Fridays. The only available schedule for service they had was on Friday November 10 between the hours of 8-12pm. It was around 2pm, I called the service number to confirm if the technician and or the appointment was still active. The representative on the phone assured me that the appointment is on the books and now the technician will be coming around 2:30pm. I waited until 5pm, and still no Technician. I called the service number and they told me they will need to re-schedule the appointment until next Friday because the technicians are out for the day. I am very upset and disappointed that there was no communication on the status of this appointment. When you promise a service, give a date and a time window, there should be consideration of that commitment, especially if you have a customer that does purchase Sears brand products. Sears you need to do better and not waste your customers time!

Gagik was great but the entire sears process was stressful. It took three appointments to finally get a technician to fix the issue. Jose G was horrible, didn't knock and didn't stop when was honked at and just went about his business. People have to take work off and pay someone to be available and sears does not take this into account. Can't get a hold of anyone and the system puts you in an endless loop. Do better Sears!

Technician failed to show up at the appointed time, and failed to provide any notice rescheduling the appointment. We waited around all day, and when we tried to call to find out what was going on, we could only reach an answering machine. Extremely unprofessional and opaque.Service: Refrigerator repair

They, Sears, farm out repairs and these people change appointments all the time.I not be renewing my service policy with Sears.
