Shoe Palace is located inside Burbank Mall. The store carries nice collections of Nike, Adidas, and Puma shoes, as well as clothing and hats, though prices will vary. They never really get good releases on shoes or gear. However, this place has the best customer service. The staff and managers are super good to the customers, providing great customer service experiences. They are first class professionals, going above and beyond to accommodate shopping needs, help find the perfect fit, and are definitely recommended. Customers say they will be coming back.
This place has the best customer service. I was helped by a beautiful girl name Kenya shout out to her, she went out of her way to accommodate my shopping needs and got me the kicks I wanted. Definitely recommend this place.
