I really want to like this store, but...... The staff is nice. It's clean and organized. Their app is not user-friendly. Also, their computer system scans items and charges wrong prices, causing me to be overcharged. I tried to tell a manager (explaining it with my receipt in hand, but she couldn't understand. Then I called their customer service line. I left two separate messages and never a call back. I finally got someone and explained it 3 times. She exclaimed, "I'm not following you" over and over, then said she would tell someone and hung up on me. I even got hung up by the corporate phone line while waiting for an operator to answer! This company clearly does not have the customer's best interest in mind. If you shop there, check your receipt so you aren't overcharged. I may have to shop at Vons. What a shame.

Regular, I'm addicted to their pecan pie, absolutely love it. The staff are helpful, especially the elderly ones - they seem nice. The store is never full, so I know I can always get in and get out when needed. It's kinda weird but the store always has what I need.

I love this Smart & final location. It's well organized, clean, and stocked with everything you could want. Pro tip: if you come to this location, get some freshly made sushi. It's hard to believe, but the sushi is the bomb at this location.

I was in the area for breakfast so I decided to shop for a few grocery items I needed for the week. The store was clean and stocked with plenty of inventory. It was very quiet inside the store and the lines moved fast. Great bargain deals if you had the Smart & Final application logon. The clerk, Stacey was so refreshing and kind. She was very helpful and familiar with the store aisles. Ample parking and plenty of shopping carts available for use. I will shop here again.

I only came here for cleaning supplies. They had a large selection, decent prices. Store seemed clean and well stocked. Only 1 lane open at first but they did open a second one

Worst shopping experience of my life. They make you download their clunky app and manually search and add each item into the digital cart to get the savings. The manager couldn't even get my app to work - it kept searching for a "secure connection." I ended up leaving without buying anything. This coupon system they use is such a dumb idea - I'm sure it was created by a silicon valley consultant who's never actually been in a grocery store. The store was clean and the employees were nice but it was completely empty at 11 AM on a Saturday. I wish I could short their stock, because this whole chain will be out of business soon.

Smart and Final extra stores are a one stop shop. Even rotisserie chicken!

They don't honor their own specials even if you are registered and receiving the special offers by email if you don't have an app. Then what is the reason to be registered online? To fill my email box with the garbage? Have enough of this BS. Immediately canceling my membership and blocking ? NOT so smart, but definitely final.

I’ve tried to like this place but just can’t! This was the deal breaker. You have to watch what you buy. They will stock the shelves over some clearance item with a similar item that is not on clearance.Example: see attached photo of an example of how they stock the shelves. I recently purchased 2 boxes of Think protein bars. Expensive btw $8.99 a box. Advertising tag stated clearance and they only had one flavor and the boxes were spread across the shelf in neat rows. Clearance tag said %50 off. I grabbed 2 boxes of the 5 on the shelf. When I got home I was looking at my receipt and I was charged $8.99 for both. The next day I returned to the store. Went and took a photo of the clearance item and there were about 10 boxes now on the shelf. I went to the cashier and she turned me over to the manager. The manager made it seem like it was my fault. Yep I should have looked that it was for just one flavor, which they did not have. So the manager said I will just give you back the cost of one. When she gave me my money back she only gave me $7.89. I wasn’t about to get into a discussion over a dollar. What I will do is not shop here any longer. The customers are a whole different story. Even when I have brought it up to the cashiers they all have agreed. The customers are rude that shop there. My first time shopping a woman behind me went off on the cashier because she wasn’t going fast enough with my groceries. While I was bagging my own she started calling us useless etc. typical entitled Karen. And an old one at that. The produce is horrible. Not cheap or any deal and is usually flavorless.Tired of giving them my hard earned money for less than par quality items. Will only go if it’s an emergency.
