I had a disappointing visit to this Spectrum store. Despite having an appointment, I wasn’t helped until 10–15 minutes after my scheduled time which was near closing. The rep who was an older woman told me she couldn’t cancel my service in-store, took my modem, and gave me only a handwritten receipt. The next day, Spectrum customer service confirmed that the in-store rep could have canceled it and should have logged my return, but didn’t. Overall, poor service and I do not recommend this location.

Persistent outages, late technicians, no accountability, long hold times, worthless phone support. The minute AT&T brings fiber to my neighborhood, I'm switching. Also you can skip the 1800s-sounding goofy fake empathy from telephone supervisors. It's the 21st century, start using billing practices like any other company. That means you take my credit card when I try to give it to you, and you issue clear invoices, and not try to sneak late fees onto your multi-year paying customers because of your own accounting gimmicks.

Do NOT get their cell service. It's a joke..you'll be out of data 2 weeks into each month and then your cell will be useless because they funnel your data so severely that nothing is accessible at that point. I've had Verizon (still the best), Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. Hands down Spectrum is the absolute worst. THE WORST!
