I regret not reading the reviews before coming. I am so upset. First I called about pricing for a corgi puppies full groom and the man over the phone blatantly told me it was $35. I then went in it was busy and he was clearly distracted. I was asked how short I wanted the hair, I expressed I wasn't sure and asked how corgis are normally cut? He then helped me make a decision on length. I leave my puppy there and when I pick her up, she looked like a boy and not at all like a corgi. It was so choppy and I'm so upset. I went ahead and paid anyway (thinking it was $35) then, when I got the receipt I noticed it was $75 I asked why? I thought it was $35 ??! He then proceeds to say it was only $35 for the bath and that he has the best prices nearby. I felt so uncomfortable and disappointed. I normally take my dog near my in laws and pay $40 for a WAY better job. I've called to see if I can speak to someone else and they don't pick up. NEVER AGAIN. Will upload the best pics I took. She is very active so didn't get good ones.

Amazing staff and quality service. I had a difficult time searching for places that trim cat nails. Ton of places say they do but then when you get there, they don’t. This place will do the service that they advertise for. My senior kitty had some thick over grown nails and the groomer was friendly, fast, and gentle. Best groomer in town!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Don't take your pets here they are extremely careless and unprofessional. They cut my dog severely and now he can't walk, can't eat, shakes non stop and more.

Linda the groomer here is amazing. She always does a nice job & listens to your concerns & takes time to explain different styles. As for owners -- expect to be overcharged every single time & have them triple book multiple different dogs for the same time slot. Also don't waste your breath begging them to call you PRIOR to your dog being ready. They'll always give a call when they please after the poor things have been waiting in crates.

I highly recommend this groomer! My Dad and I bring our German Shepherds here semi-regularly and the results are always great. My dog has black nails which can be intimidating for a groomer, but not these groomers, they alway cut her nails so precisely! After the dogs are groomed, they don't shed for 2-3 days and they smell great! Their services are reasonably priced and it's fairly easy to get an appointment next-day and sometimes same-day. I don't prefer my dogs to wait in a cage to be groomed so I always make sure to call the same-day before I leave the house if there's a wait time, and they will adjust my appt if needed! The most unprofessional people and dog grooming place that I have ever been. Do not take your dog there. They don't care about your dog. Look the picture that I attached. The owner has zero knowledge, and also staff that work there worst than him. They didn't have any explanation about what happened to my dog. DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL!

I'm new to the area and my dog was in desperate need of some grooming. I called Splash Doggie and they were so quick to get him in! I called at 11:30 & they were able to fit him in at 12:00. It took about 3 hours which is normal since he's a big boiii. They asked me what I wanted to be groomed and they executed perfectly. Definitely will be back! Now he's ready for our family party on Sunday.

I love Splash Doggie. Always so friendly and accommodating. I feel like I'm dropping my baby off with trusted friends and she comes back smelling so good and it lasts so long!

Took my golden doodle there to get a quick wash and brush out today! Picked my baby doggie up a couple hours later and he was such a happy boy. The staff there really seem to be good with all the dogs. I was watching them take care of the other smaller dogs and the girl that was grooming the dogs was doing such a nice job. At first I was contemplating paying 50 dollars for a wash and brush out but after I picked my dog up I was so happy with the service and I will be going back for other services. They have good customer service. It's a clean place and I trust to bring my puppy there in the future for his first haircut.

I took my puppy in for a haircut and he came back traumatized. I'm not sure what they do with the dogs but whatever it is isn't okay. He was so scared of the lady that gave him the haircut he wouldn't allow her to touch him. They also cut his hair terribly and so uneven.

So the second time that happens they just do whatever is easier and completely shave my puppy even though we strictly said fluffy look.Not just that, my puppy was bleeding from 2 places.Very poor serviceI don't recommend at all if you love your dogs keep them away!

Today my bf and I took our 8 month old puppies in for their first grooming experience. Initially I was very excited because I called and they said we could come in ASAP. When we walked in someone took the puppies so quick she didn't even know their names no questions just kind of grabbed the leashes from us. The front desk just told us they will charges us for the full treatment, just fill out a paper with our name and number. It was all very rushed and I was stressed out. Shaking it off as first time uneasiness, but when my bf came back our male puppy Rufus was still being blow dried and was terrified. My bf said the man in that back was very rough with our poor boy. And our female puppy Buttercup was so scared they couldn't even finish drying her. And less than an hour after bringing them home they both have blood coming out of their noses. Im worried they were too rough with the puppies faces. I knows from experience they are little off put by getting their snouts cleaned but they have never bled. I'm going to call tomorrow, when they reopen. I'm just so sad for my little puppies. Their fist time getting groomed outside of their vet was traumatic for them.

They took such good care of my baby! I’ve taken him to other places before and he would still smell like wet dog and still be shedding. He smells so great!

This place is amazing. I have taken my little fur baby to a few other places and she would always come back scabbed or so sad. Since I found Splash Doggie, Lexi comes home smiling and her same loving self. And all their groomers are so talented. She always comes home looking fresh and clean . Highly recommend.
