Excellent produce! AND I spoke to Angel(employee) last week and asked about the Oatley ice cream bars, he said he would order them and there they were today!! THANK YOU ANGEL!!! I am also impressed with all the staff at the Burbank store! What a great team.

Very disappointed with sprouts Burbank quality lately. I love sprouts and I find myself shopping here 2-3x a week. Today there was white mold ALL over their strawberries. They were buy 1 get 1/2 off but not ONE of those packets were edible.Their prepackaged lunch with fruit, crackers, and salamis looked very old and wilted. Hope to see them improve this since my shopping experience is usually a 10/10. Quality has gone from bad to worse while prices are higher than ever.

Gabriel/Gab made my shopping experience so much easier and more pleasant! He was very nice, kind, would not hesitate to go and check in the back for products I was looking and even washed it for me to try before buying!! Wish this world would have more people like him, who loves his job and does his best to help!! Thanks

Honestly Sprouts never seems like a good place to shop...the food seems old just like Lassens because they don't have the foot traffic coming in and out... I remember when one employee was treating my sister like a child telling her something about a bag or something I don't remember but this place seems cold, bitter, and not worth the money.

the employees have no sense of customer service-- actually no sense of common courtesy. most of the ones stocking the aisle act like you're a burden for being in the same aisle, will definitely not scoot over if you need something, they'll just watch as you try and maneuver around their boxes, cashiers have zero friendliness in their demeanor (never a "how are you ".... "find everything ok" .... heck rarely even a "hello"), the guy with the long hair that is usually at self-checkout is super stand-offish; don't bother making small talk when the machine demands an override, he's there to assist the machine, not you. I love Sprouts, I shop there for all my families groceries but this location is the absolute worst. I literally feel bad about myself when I leave. every time. the bad vibes truly rub off.

I come here all the time. They have great products at great prices. Nickolas has been so helpful. I sometimes bring my grandmother here, who is a little slower and has hearing problems, and Nickolas has always given her the best assistance. Much appreciated!!

Worst customer service. If you a Hispanic do not go inside that store. I went to look for a tea, there was an old old old employee next to me I just asked for Tranquility Peach tea, he was rude, sarcastic and of course unhelpful. I can't comprehend why customer service towards Latinos at this store it's the way it is. Every time with out fail ; customer service it's the worst. Racist team of bitter old and young people.

Don't buy lamb chops from here!! Lamb chops are the priciest meet and yet when I bought from here paying almost $50 for only 2 pounds it went straight to trash after I opened the package. The smell from the package hit me pretty bad, you could tell it's rotten. But per package it was organic grass fed. I love lamb and pretty familiar with the smell and freshness of it. I never got disgusted so bad from meat in my entire life. Never buying it from there again

Don in the meat department is awesome, and he knows his way around a bird. Spatchcoked my turkey perfectly, and knew that I'd want the backbone completely separated but still included in the final package. Also love this place for the best veggies and great deals on loose raw cashews/sunflower seeds!

I love gluten free, dairy free baked goods and more. The price point is a little higher than other markets but here they have gluten free AND dairy free options. It’s easy to find gluten free stuffs in other markets but not dairy free also or vice versa. I was so happy to find gf df brownies!Market is clean and has plenty space for parking, staffs are nice.

Not liking how Sprouts has started charging added tax for non-alcoholic kombucha. This seems to be a new charge because I didn't notice before until recently. I am not charged this added tax at other markets so not sure why it's done here! So, time to buy my kombucha elsewhere. I did receive a call from a rep explaining there is added tax is because the kombucha is deemed a probiotic. To me, it's a food drink and shouldn't have added tax; ask the other competitors/markets!!!

I'd be lying if I said I'm not here at least once a week. It's a good neighborhood Sprouts - a decent selection of many "health food" items. The people that work here are great, especially in the meat & seafood department. My only issue with this Sprouts location is with the deli department. The staff that makes the sandwiches is also who helps out with slicing deli meats/cheeses, so if the sandwich line is long - good luck! I'm surprised they still haven't found a more streamlined way of conducting that area given how busy it can get.

I'm here at least 3-4 times a week. I love Sprouts so much, it's my absolute happy place Ever since my friend told me how much 'cheaper' this place is compared to Ralph's, not the cheapest farmers market I've been to by any means but, I'll continue going here for as long as I'm able to Store is always clean when I come in, sushi selection isn't always the best but, it's fresh and delicious. They used to have an amazing hot/soup bar but, it's been gone since COVID and I wish they'd bring it back. Their ice cream section is top tier, I love all the new stuff they're introducing. The staff are always so kind, it feels like a community. I love you Sprouts, my happy place

Sprouts was once a chic and trebdy boutiquie "healthy food" store. An alternative to Whole Foods. Those days are long gone! The amount of vegan or even health related options are few and far between. The prices are equal to or higher than WF, and the service SUCKS!They never have enough staff and buying a protein bar can take 20 minutes on long lines. Most of all, feedback from customers is rarely adopted.I rarely shop here any more. I don't know why people do? It's mostly unhealthy junk food.

Clean and organized market with fresh produce and plenty of organic, vegan, and vegetarian options along with your omnivore basics. Friendly and helpful staff.
