Bought a 2005 Nissan Xterra. Right off the bat had an issue with fueling (prior owner would have know but dealer wouldn't as they aren't filling the tank) and couldn't find any parts to fix. Stellar went out of their way to call a parts dealer to find it for me. Low rating as when I bought the car I had a beautiful looking black paint job which on the hood has completely been ruined because it was done improperly and only held up for 3 to 4 months after I bought the car, once I put the correct cap on my radiator I ended up getting a pretty bad coolant leak compared to the minor one that was there from basically day one which was not disclosed to me, and my radio unit wasn't actually bad every single tweaker and speaker was blown so instead of replacing the radio like I always planned I had to get every single speaker replaced.

I bought a car from Stellar Auto back in March and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I'm really loving my VW Tiguan. The car was super clean, and well maintained. It drives and runs excellent! They have great cars at great prices, but do your due diligence when purchasing a car. Oleg and Jay helped me out with my car purchase and financing went through my credit union. Super seamless and easy! I would recommend checking out their inventory. On a bonus note, there was only 1 set of keys when I bought the car, but I received two additional keys in the mail this past week so im super stoked about this ! Thanks y'all !

I purchased a car from stellar auto a month and three weeks ago. The first two hours of driving this car of the lot it has a check engine light they agree to fix it, 2 weeks later check engine light is on again this time for power train malfunction (took it to autozone to get it scanned.) in a month and 3 weeks the check engine light has been on twice for different reasons. I really wish I hadn’t gotten this car.

Talked to two salesmen who ended up being just plain rude. I made an offer on a vehicle over the phone that was approximately 12% under their listed price. At this point the salesman I was talking to went on a rant and started being extremely argumentative and dissmissive. I tried to explain my offer but instead was berated. After hanging up I text his partner whom I had spoken to earlier. He said I must have "provoked" the other salesman with a "ridiculous" offer and criticized how I made an offer without coming to see the vehicle. Again, I tried to explain my offer and why I didn't feel it should warrant such an adverse reaction. I'd recently made similar offers to other dealers that had either been accepted or simply countered. At the very least, just say we can't reach a deal and move on. Instead, he texted back saying "Are you trying to provoke me now?"I literally laughed at how unprofessional of a response that was. These guys are amateurs.

Customer service must not have been addressed at employee orientation cause damn they are some cocky arrogant Run away from this place run away from this place.I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Neither I agree with the guy a couple comments down. I talked to Jay who was giving me the run about about everything. I asked him in regarding our insurance policy, And ted had the worst customer service ever laughing at me Is it false an incompetent regarding Mechanical issues on a range rover that was bought less than a month ago. After a few weeks of driving it the car broke down smoking, Coolant leak which had been the situation waaaay before for the car was bought. It appears to be the reaccuring sitiation at this bogus establishment according to other's reviews. Never go here for a new car, old car, used car, refurbished car, keychain, tire, cup of water, NONE OF IT! YOU will REGRET the terribly poor decision. On top of it they running a scam trying to get over on the hard working public selling LUXURY LEMONS. Trash , yall should be ashamed. ROBBERY!! Grand theft auto ain't got shit on these slime balls. @STELLAauto Burbank!! '0 ZERO stars!!! None! NOT ONE!

I recently purchased a 2013 Jaguar XF from Jay at Stellar. I was drawn to this dealership due to the great on-line inventory and very reasonable pricing. I shopped the market extensively and Stellar was by far offering the best value for pre-owned luxury vehicles. From the start, Jay was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I inquired about. After viewing and driving the car I decided to make the purchase and the process was quick, easy and painless. No hidden costs and total transparency. I asked for a couple things from the dealer to close the deal and they were very accommodating. I've had the Jag for a month now and it's been great. I recently purchased a beautiful BMW X4 from Stellar Auto, Inc. and the experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. Don't come here. I believe this place is a front because they definitely did not try to sell me a car. I called on Monday to see if an 05 Xterra was available, I'm from Arizona and was gonna be in town. I asked for the carfax, Oleg never sent them over. Called Friday the day before arriving to make an appointment for 11:30am since they open at 11.12:05, no one around, except a guy vaping in front of office. Came back at 12:30, guy vaping is now behind a desk ignoring me and another couple there looking to buy a vehicle. no interaction, not even asking probing questions to see what we're looking for. I finally got to see the car, I did just an exterior inspection and noticed they were selling a problematic vehicle. Clean on top of motor but underneath engine, so much oil leaking and it was all over. Didn't even want to test drive it. Check photos, oil leak has been therefor some time as it has collected dust and created smudge around parts. I didn't even want to make a lower offer knowing that the vehicle is in need of some major work to locate the leak first then repair. The service was straight up awful and vaping dude was bothered that he had to clock in that day.

This place completely ripped me off. I bought my car a few years ago from them and it's been nothing but problems. I had no idea that my car was recalled for serious issues (VW). The floor on the passenger side has a large stain that looks like dried up vomit that they clearly tried to cover by cutting up other parts of the carpet underneath the seat. They definitely charged me way too much for this car as well. Additionally, when taking said car in for recall repairs at VW, my car was marked as stolen, then marked as salvaged. When I tried to contact the guy who sold me this car, his phone number was disconnected. Don't come here.

Purchased a 2001 Saab 9-5 from the dealership. The car was in great cosmetic shape for being a car over 20 years old. Ended up needing a new turbo charger and had to pay out of pocket once I bought it. Here’s the kicker.. The title came in the mail and my name was put in as “Sedan”. I was told since I have the title I need to do the work now to correct their mistake. Not cool at all guys.
