Service supervisors allow their technicians to take customer cars home for personal use. Technicians have used CUSTOMER CARS at their disposal and simply use the excuse that the cars need extra maintenance/repairs etc. Diana Tran is one service supervisor who vouches for technicians so that they can take a car home when in need. Beware!!! Your cars and your costs are manipulated for selfish gain. An investigation is dire at this service center.

horrible experience ever buying a new car from this place. Everyone was unorganized and overworked. Went early for my Appointment and still had to wait even though my app said my car was delivered but wasn't. Car was only charged for 130 miles. Didn't even to do a tour about the car because they were so busy and backed up with customers. They agree to charge my car at another car lot and waited longer because the charger at their location was not working. When I finally got to inspect my car, the host was too busy to show the car because he had another appointment. Everyone else seemed annoyed in the waiting room because the staff was too busy. Not coming to this dealership again.

Had a great experience here! Highly recommend Tesla advisors Erin and George at Tesla Burbank. They were super helpful in deciding between a model 3 and model Y and were helpful throughout the ordering process. I had so many questions and they were super kind in answering them. Went with the Model Y and very happy with the service!

Worst experience in Burbank After paying for Uber because there's no parking, the managerTried to give me 2 lemons. Ridiculous after paying for car and signing papers, I was brought car 1 with dents on hood, scraps on door handles and major dent and scratches on front fender. Then I was brought 2 nd car where upholstery was pulling apart, a large paint blister on door and back of 3 rd row seat scraped front placement. I was told by manager I would get changed to a different location for pick up of a different Tesla. Minor detail he never changed the order, after 2 weeks of calling around I was brought to the conclusion that the manager kept my cash and didn't make changes to the order nor worry, nothing was done. I was in dealer 2 hours, when it was a 15 minute pick up. Pictures where taken of multiple vehicle that I was told to bring home with damages but none seem to be in system by coincidence.

Scheduling a replacement windshield appointment at Tesla of Burbank two weeks in advance, I expected a smooth and efficient process. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.Upon arriving at the service center, I was informed that the initial quote provided for the windshield replacement was incorrect. To my dismay, they explained that an additional item was needed for the replacement, contradicting the information given during the scheduling process. This unexpected development not only extended the duration of the service but also highlighted a significant communication lapse between the scheduling team and the service center.The service advisor, while apologetic, could not provide an accurate timeline for the revised repair, and I found myself waiting an excruciating five hours for the windshield replacement to be completed. This prolonged delay was exacerbated by the fact that I had scheduled the appointment with the assumption that it would take approximately two and a half hours.Adding to the frustration, I was denied access to a Tesla loaner vehicle since the windshield replacement was deemed an out-of-warranty expense. This left me, as a customer living an hour away, stranded without alternative transportation during the unexpectedly extended service duration.While I appreciate the quality of Tesla vehicles, the overall experience at the Burbank service center was marred by miscommunication and a lack of transparency. It is crucial for Tesla to address these issues to ensure a more seamless and customer-focused service process. Clear and accurate communication, especially when additional items are required, is essential to managing customer expectations and providing a positive service experience.

Worst customer service center. Came with an appointment at 11 am for something that should take 1.5 hrs. 2 pm I was given the car after me complaining. The app said they started working on the car at 1:16 pm from 11 am. They are a bunch of young unprofessional people.Waiting room not clean. Workers joking around loud and inconsiderate.I doubt I will go back there ever again.Horrible first service appointment with Tesla

Tesla has been ignoring our countless attempts to communicate about the fact that Tesla did not deposit our banks check the right way and therefore has not released funds. It’s been nearly 2 months and the check is about to go void. Once it goes void we have to reapply for the loan, run our credit and pay a higher interest rate. This is really getting out of control. Purchased and took our Tesla vehicle come on 9/30 and Tesla has been ignoring us since. You’d think they’d want their money. We need someone to call us or a number we can call to speak to someone asap.

Had a great pick up experience with Laura! They were super kind and helpful with all the questions I had.The line to check in was a bit longer than expected for 5PM on a weekday, but the staff was very courteous.

First I want to congratulate the company for having such a cutting edge repair shop. I have absolutely never had any issue with any of the previous three Tesla s and currently own two X models and both run like the clock from Swiss alps. Staff are efficient and helpful and you are in and out and never feel like there is an upsell of anything you ask and it is delivered. I wanted to give kudos to the manager on duty and of course my name dyslexia prevents me remember her name but she is the Asian American woman with best horses hair main in the continent you can’t miss her. She helped me very quickly and efficiently when I did not know how to articulate my issue. This is a space age company and space age technology and service to go with it. I can’t believe people rated anything less than 5 stars. I remind them they can go back to having a Mercedes where all innovation was to make you buy more and repair more how was Range Rover omg daily repairs with endless visits to repair shop. I was there to switch to new tires because of excessive driving nothing more and they were done under an hour and I was able to pick up my car remotely when I wanted not when it was convenient to the staff and no papers were printed no waiting required. Picked up my very first Tesla last weekend and the whole experience was awesome. Everyone here is super nice. Our rep saw us walking up and came over to us to greet us. He walked us through everything. The buying and picking up is so different from your regular dealership. Just amazing and how easy the process is! Car was charged at 70% which was more than we had heard from other buyers.

Everything is self serve. Had an appointment with a rep (we have been texting back n forth), to make a long story short, I purchased via app I was told to download (reps don't get commission but salary),he told me if I purchased with his referral code then I would get a discount...then my sister who purchased a Tesla at another location months before me gave me her referral code so I used hers. She didn't get the credit!? I called him and he said too late, I already paid the $250 reserve fee. I would lose it if I did it again. I took it to get his referral. Ok fine. But then I had some question, he does not answer me at all like he did and he disappears from the face of the earth! I guess he figured he made the sale and got his referral credit!?Then 5 months later, I referral a friend to do a demo drive with my referral link. He uses it but I don't get credit. He told me he used my link but when he came in he had to register all over again. I'm getting funny feelings that these Tesla reps are taking the credit for the referral. I don't think Tesla employees should get the referral points like state Lotto employees are not allowed to play Lotto. Lots of fishy things going on this location site. Don't like it.

I was routed to this location from an advisor at Tesla Upland after waiting to take delivery of an "in-transit" inventory vehicle with no ETA for arrival. My vehicle was inexplicably sitting in the lot at Tesla Burbank with no update or plans to move. Upon being transferred to Burbank, I was immediately contacted to schedule my delivery. After reading the reviews here, I was a bit nervous as I was expecting a train wreck of a delivery experience. On delivery day, I arrived early and found street parking (there's no on-site parking at this location) close by. I was greeted and checked in prior to my scheduled appointment. While I waited, 3 advisors washed and detailed my vehicle. About 20 min later, I was greeted by Tasnuva, who graciously walked me through every aspect of the vehicle. I did find an issue, but was able to immediately schedule for it to be fixed via Tesla Mobile Service at home. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone who helped me was friendly and efficient. Also, on the date of my mobile service, my issue was fixed in under 5 minutes! It was free and the technician was nice and friendly!

Horrible service!! Messy service! Do not come here! I took my car here for a few concerns and they end up scratching my car every time and did some touch ups to cover the damages! And they will deny and will not do anything about it! I got my car December 2022, brand new, and they just messed it up!! You're paying a lot for your car for them to do this. They will fix your concern but they will give you another big problem. Unprofessional!

They are so busy that their customer service doesn't really matter anymore. It is quite disappointing and shocking that they almost basically just handed off the car without showing how things work around in the car like u are pretty much on your own.
