I’ve been with the camp Burbank for over 2 years and it’s been the favorite part of my day . Started with the 6-week , 20lb challenge and it’s been up ever since . The whole team is so helpfulAnd invested in your well-being . The trainers are so friendly and ICONIC. So happy to make this my gym home .

This place is more than a book camp clinic. It's a community of people trying to do better. Reaching for their best and building bonds in that process. I have been doing it for close to 10 months. I'm down over 20lbs and inching towards a better me every day.

The Camp TC-Burbank has been such an amazing place to get myself back on track. All the Trainers at The Camp have been so inviting. They always have a tremendous amount of energy. The vibes they give off make you push harder than you’ve ever pushed before! I used to be an athlete and fell off a couple of months ago but since joining the camp as a challenger I have reignited the passion that I have for fitness. I aspire to be like all the trainers at The Camp! I hope to contribute to the amazing community they have created ??

I was looking in Burbank for a boot-camp style instructor led class to help me get in shape for ski season. I needed to lose weight but overall fitness was my bigger priority. After a trial class (which I loved despite the number of exercise modifications I had to make to get through it) they explained the membership options and the 6 Week Challenge option. They calculated a target weight for me which I thought was very reasonable and said I would need to do several successive challenges to hit my goal. I always need some novelty to get me off my butt and into healthy habits, and the 6 Week Challenge is exactly what I needed. I just finished my first 6-week challenge and am completely hook on The Camp's method, having lost over 30 pounds over 8 weeks and seeing lots of gains in other health markers, including increase in lean body mass, lowered resting heart rate, and improved blood glucose levels. The coaches are encouraging, fun, and well trained and the whole place feels like a no-judgement zone. Looking forward to completing a few more challenges to hit my challenge goal weight and then continuing to progress with my new healthy habits.

Wonderful staff...I'm doing the 6 weeks challenge to lose 20 lbs. I have lost 10 labs so far by the end of the 3rd week. Great trainers.... Very supportive and helpful... I will join the camp and get membership after the challenge... I strongly recommend to check in and talk to the trainers about your goals and I'm sure they will help you...

My co-worker told me about the Camp Transformation 6 week challenge and after talking with her, I knew this was the kind of place I needed to hold me accountable on my weight loss journey. I am so glad I joined the challenge on 7-25, because it has been amazing. I've lost weight and body fat, I can lift heavy weights now, ( even over my head) I've gained stamina from all the high intensity interval training / and Hard body workouts I do 6 days a week. In the beginning, I was a little discouraged of not losing as much weight as the other challengers, but Edwin would look at my weekly numbers and taylor the challenge to how MY body was reacting to the challenge so I could be more successful every week. I am more confident in the way I look. Thank you Edwin . I rolled over to the next challenge which starts Sept 12. I'm hoping during this next challenge, I will reach my goal weight. I would recommend taking the 6 week challenge, it's tough but so worth it.
