For years I have been paying off previous tax debts from past money mismanagement and not being very knowledgeable as a small business owner, etc, Ayrica was referred to me by a family member. She was trustworthy which is a big for me considering I keep financial matters private. She made me feel welcomed, handle my taxes with care and dug me out of the hole I been in using her expertise. She also passed on jewels for the future on how to structure my business finances better and so on to make sure this doesn't happen again. I'm very pleased with the quality. I will continue to use her services referring her to any and everyone!!

Five Fold Group was amazing at answering any questions I may have. With COVID affecting many businesses, Five Fold Group was proactive in making sure my business had the resources it needed to withstand the pandemic. Unreliable tax service. They have very poor attention to detail. Used my information from 2 years ago that was no longer current. Who does that? Very disappointed in Ayrica Avery Service. Her negligence has caused me time and money. This company is very green. Very poor customer service.

for years this person Ayrica Avery, who owns this company, never filed any of our taxes, nor did she pay state fees we paid her for, and she kept the money including her fees. we have spent thousands trying to fix the problems with the IRS and CA FTB she caused. She should be stripped of her license to practice in CA. Stay far away. Complete trash. The only thing she was good at was taking our money.

Don't trust this tax service. They don't have attention to detail. Very Disappointed in Ayrica Avery Service. Her negligence has caused time and money. Make sure your tax preparer has been in the industry for some time. This company is very green. She never change anything that she said will fix on preview. She proceeded to send my taxes with errors.
