At first I thought it may not have been racism I experienced during my visit. I thought maybe it was just jealousy and hate however after reading the other reviews, I see someone else experienced racism. Specifically, there were 3 female clerks during a weekday. A large one with glasses appeared to be the manager. She was cold, hard faced, and not friendly at all. The other was a skinny tomboy blonde who drives a black mustang. She was cold in her face, no expression, walked right past me as if I weren’t there. Disgusting. The cashier who was checking me out offered me the deal that was going on in the store but as she was doing so she was frantically and repeatedly looking over at the large manager female as if she knew she was in trouble for offering the deal to me. It was as if they don’t offer store specials to certain people. My son is a music artist who is in the process of doing a collab with Tillys and I’m a stylist for Tillys models. This location needs to take a hard look at their employees. The only friendly person there was young man. The fact that only the male asked if I needed help made me feel the females were just jealous so to be fair regardless they were hateful and ignorant as well as unprofessional. I stopped by Tillys tonight because my wife wanted to check out the store. I been to this store before but like years ago. The store is spacious inside and they look like they have some good deals on shirts. I looked at their sunglasses selections but I didn't see any Oakleys. I also looked at their tshirts but didn't see anything I like. This store is in a big plaza so you'll find parking here with no issues.

It's a great location, everything about it feels great, especially the employees, they're very helpful and I love the layout of the place. I would love if they had a bathroom but it's fine.

Visited Burbank store once for an exchange and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The store was clean and well organized. No complaints.

This store isn't as good as it used to be. The salespeople aren't very helpful in finding styles and sizes. They point you to sections and that's about it. Their stock seems limited and the salesperson on the floor didn't know what the most popular styles and colors of jeans were. Also as a parent I'd like a place to sit outside the dressing room. They used to have a bench there but moved it. Bottom line is I'd let my son spend more time and more money if I could rest while he tried and be near enough to see what how things fit. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she told me I should get my blood going and stand. That was inappropriate and not at all empathetic nor appreciated. I prefer stores that respect customers so I guess I'll shop elsewhere.
