My wife and I have been working privately with Tyler for about 2 years and could not recommend him enough! About 10 years ago I started seeing the effect of "weekend warrior syndrome", with recurring muscle strains and tears that just seemed to constantly linger on. Over the years to follow I tried several times to build back the strength I once had through various gym routines and boot camps with minimal success and often felt like I was just working through or around discomfort. The first few weeks working with Tyler were extremely eye-opening, he was able to dissect and breakdown the inefficiencies of how my body was working due to the various compensations I've developed over the years. Over time Tyler began correcting my posture issues and retrained my body to break old habits to help build the necessary foundation for future gains. His passion and excitement to explain the science behind how our bodies are meant to work is so refreshing and something I've never experienced at any level. Tyler creates an incredibly safe space to learn, work and train as he helps guide you in whatever your fitness journey may be!

Tyler's Gym has been a positive experience for me. I have mobility issues and Tyler has changed my approach to working out. Tyler offers one-on-one sessions that are tailored to your goals and needs. I love that he explains to me why we are doing each exercise. I used to be afraid to walk long distances because I would fall. Now I walk with more confidence. He also helps you understand why nutrition is an important part of your fitness journey. I would recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a personalized workout that is effective and targeted toward fitness success.

I've been taking classes here for just over two months now and haven't looked back! In the second half of 2023, I hurt myself 3 times because of a weak back. Because of the smaller class sizes, he's able to pay more attention to each person. He's always attentive and corrects my movements when I need it so I don't hurt my back while working on strengthening it, and he does this for everyone. Between his strength class and the yoga classes, my back is already feeling much more stable. Tyler and the others in class are great people, the classes go by fast, and the cost is more than reasonable, especially considering the value you get from an attentive trainer! Highly recommend!

Encouraging. Positive. Kind. Knowledgeable. Tyler is the trainer you want for your fitness & wellness journey. I joined Tyler's Gym Oct 2023, in desperate need of strengthening my knee (torn meniscus). Since then, I have significantly improved my leg strength and overall well-being. My confidence is up and oh, I've also lost 25 pounds. Tyler has your back on nutrition too.. a BIG plus! He's completely invested in achieving a stronger you. Do something good for yourself. I did.

Love coming here! Tyler does an amazing job of taking his time to show you the correct postures for each position without making you feel dumb or inadequate. It's really nice to have the personal trainer feel in a safe and supportive environment. I just started attending the yoga classes they offer and I am in love! The instructor Edie is super cool and has a great, calming energy about her. Definitely recommend coming here for a pressure free, supportive gym experience.

After decades of injuries piling up I had become a wreck. While looking for a place to rehab from having my knee scoped I came in and chatted with Tyler. After a few short months of concentrating on body mechanics Tyler has gotten me feeling like I did ten years ago. He's methodical, encouraging and truly cares! I can't say enough great things about Tyler and the entire community at this gym. I love it.

This class was the best yoga class I've ever been to. Bella is challenging but aware of everyone's limits and doesn't push too hard. She comes to check on everyone and is present and engaged. Couldn't ask for a better instructor. She makes you feel safe in class and is incredibly knowledgeable. Tyler is an awesome gym owner, too. Grateful for this space. Will be back!

Tyler's Gym is a great. I have known Tyler for quite a few years now. He was one of my favorite instructors at a cross-fit gym I was a member of. I was looking for another gym about five years ago and knew he had opened his own place. I called him and he said come for the rest of the month and see if you like it. I have been there ever since. Tyler's knowledge and dedication to everyone's wellbeing is just great. Come and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Tyler has been a life saver! He can help you meet your goals. I was rehabbing a knee, hip, and back. I originally started with personal sessions and transitioned to classes, which work great for variety. I now do weight training, arms, and legs. I also enjoy yoga classes at his gym. A wonderful addition! Great community of members, small gym classes, and as said, Tyler knows his stuff, plus he is super nice.
