My husband ordered a hitch to be made for his vehicle from this uhaul and was supposed to get it today. THEY NEVER PLACED THE ORDER!!! now he’s not going to have a hitch made in time for his move, this is ridiculous! How was this not double checked, now they are talking about a delay in shipping and there’s nothing they can do. He’s supposed to move next week. Highly upset, would not recommend a place that doesn’t double check their work.

It's evrything from the moment I came to get the truck, greeted warmly by Brandon and Melissa at the counter, having an interaction with them while the rental papers are being process and lastly when i was given the key to the truck.

Charged too much compared to Penske. Trucks are old and dirty. They just want you in and out without explanation. Plus the gas tank is not accurate as they claimed it to be. Like, half a tank and it's not true. They don't want to change their paperwork and just said to take a picture of it. No credit received afterwards. Just not renting anymore from them.

I rented a truck today and they delivered it to me without gas. When I told the employee, he told me to put gas in it, that's not my problem and when I deliver it, just deliver it anyway. It's stupid to know how much gas to put in to deliver it exactly empty. Terrible service. There is no ethics or seriousness in this business ranges but would like to return to this business

Well, the guys are nice, but the cars are always delivered dirty and stinking of marijuana. I have told the manager several times and it's always the same. I tell them that the company where I work rents cars there every weekend. If they could be kind enough to deliver them to us. clean cars since we are women who drive and we do not smoke or even cigarettes it is very terrible every time we pick up a car there today 12/18/22 I even vomited because of how stinky the car was could you please pay attention to that

Showed up this morning at 7:00 am, when they're supposed to open, to pick up a couple hand trucks on my way to meet movers. But they were not open. Waited until 7:10 am and still not open. Place was still dark with nobody insight. I finally had to leave since I didn't know when they would actually open for business. I think it's important to be open according to your stated business hours.
