Fast and friendly services, very well equipment. But before returning the truck to U-Haul store check the gas tank!!! refill@ gas stations much better. U-Haul charged more than $8 dollars per gallon

My truck rental was a seamless, quick and efficient process. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind, and the price was more than reasonable. I've been here twice now, and will be back again soon!

I ordered the truck about 2 weeks before the moving date. I even called 2 days before to confirm the truck would be there. On work day I had a paid crew waiting to load but when I showed up at the designated dealer, no truck. I called uhaul and they said "oh sorry, someone didn't return it last night"! Now how in the hell is that my problem?? I know that if it was my business, and the truck didn't come back, I would not just say "oh well, the hell with the customer". I would go to where the truck was, get it, and bring it back so it would be there the next morning. What the hell kind of service is that? Or, the night before I would find another truck and make sure that it was there in the morning.

I won’t be renting from UHaul Burbank ever again. The truck was on empty when we received it, and even though there were several trucks in the lot, instead of getting us one with a full tank, the associate said we’d have to go fill it and then report it to UHaul for a reimbursement. That was beyond mildly inconvenient given we were on a tight enough schedule having to return the truck by 5pm. Also, we were charged for six blankets in the truck and it only had two. Just too many problems to make this an enjoyable and easy rental.

I feel so bad for the workers who have to deal with all of the complaints for this location.
There was one person working with a line out the door from opening until I returned that afternoon, looking like he never got a break in between.
My 10’ truck was falling apart from the very start. I was renting for only a few hours, from Irvine to Burbank, and truly felt the truck was not going to make it out of the parking lot. Clanking metal, broken steering that would correct the car forward when at high speeds, and a constant smell of rubber/ oil whenever I turned on the air.
If U-haul has a decent reputation elsewhere, I would probably just avoid this specific location.

I called like 6 u-haul locations in the surrounding area for a motorcycle trailer and truck to tow it and this was the only location that had them available. I was able to put a truck and motorcycle trailer on hold for the weekend I needed it over the phone in 5 min. This was my first time at u-haul and the process was super simple. I showed them my license, they gave me the keys, they set up the trailer for you, and you’re good to go. This was also my first time towing something. Luckily this wasn’t in issue as far as rentals go and it’s as easy as it looks! All in all I paid about $5 in gas and about $75 to rent it for 4 hours/40 miles which was much more reasonable than paying $200 COD for someone to tow the bike home from the dealership for me. The lady at the front desk was super nice too and that’s always a plus.

Pros: easy to reserve online, rental truck got the job doneCons: only one employee so there's a wait to pickup; I rented 2 dozen furniture pads for my move but they weren't packed and ready for me at the time of my pickup so the employee said I could fold and pack the used pads myself if I wanted them quicker. SO many spiders came out of those things and I was running late for my move so I gave up at about 15 pads even though I paid for 24. The 10' truck I reserved had a service light on - the tire monitor system needed servicing - and the tires needed inflating. Thanks to the employee for filling the tires when I asked, but that was just another thing that delayed me on getting to my move when I had helpers waiting for me. There was also some leftover junk in the cabin from the previous driver.

It has been a very long time since I visited U-Haul. It was a very pleasant experience. I needed to get a van to pick up large and tall Linen Cabinets for a bathroom remodel. The vans have rear cameras with lines that rotate according to the driver’s wheel. The vans have wood ribs along the side to tie down items. Kim helped me out and had me in and out on the road within 10 minutes.U-Haul has after hours delivery and full pre check in with your cell phone.I am very happy with the service and cargo vans from U-Haul.

In and out in minutes. Guy behind the desk on August 15th, 2023 was super helpful and prompt to get us in and out with a Uhaul.
