I wanted to return an exfoliant toner but couldn’t because the store return policy wouldn’t allow it because I didn’t have the box it came in. Rachel was super nice about letting me know and suggested I use the toner as an exfoliant as a pre shave for my legs which is what she uses it for. I tried her advice and it worked great! I appreciated her sincerity and overall her desire to help.

Place is a scam. We go in there to buy something we see that theres a sign that clearly says if you buy more than this and this amount of product you get 3 free gifts. She says “oh we ran out of the gifts…Last week actually” THAN WHY IS THE SIGN UP THERE”???

I came here about a week and a half ago and the service received was excellent. Jennifer and Penelope thank you both so much for all the help and for the best service I’ve ever received at an ulta beauty. It was my first time coming at this location and everyone was super friendly.
Penelope did an amazing job on my eyebrows and was super friendly.
Thank you Jennifer for beautifying me at the lacome area and for helping me find the products I needed.
I would recommend coming here.

I visited the Ulta location on May 19 to check if they had the new Drake’s BETTER WORLD FRAGRANCE HOUSE. They only had 1 oz on display, not the 3.4 oz I was looking for. When we asked a worker, she said she would check with someone else. They returned to inform us that there was no stock in the back, but we could order it for home, though it wouldn’t arrive for a couple of days. After leaving the store, I checked Ulta.com and found the fragrance listed as in stock for pickup at the same location. I ordered it, and within 20 minutes, I received a notification that it was ready for pickup. This left me confused and feeling like I was lied to, as it suddenly appeared to be in stock. I didn’t feel valued as a customer, which makes me reconsider purchasing from Ulta in the future.

i had an amazing experience here at this ulta. i came in to grab a birthday gift for my coworker and they had a mac deal with buying $100+ and getting a free goodie bag with mac products. i believe his name was albert and he was the sweetest soul ever! i showed him some pictures of my coworker to get a vibe of what to get for her and he helped out so much!! he also took his time to help me buy myself some products and did some of my makeup for me and the shade match was crazy good!!! i had an awesome experience💘🎀

I wish there was an option with no star to give to this place. My girlfriend has been a great customer. Last night we decided to stop by and she knew exactly what she needed. When we showed up it was 7:45 pm and according to their schedule they close at 8. When we tried to go in there one of the workers was by the door and told us that the place was closed. I told her that it was 7:45, but she said well no its 8 and we are closed. i even informed her that my girlfriend knows exactly what she needs and it will take only 30 seconds. The employee said its okay just find a new girlfriend.
We will never ever set foot in that place and will tell everyone not to go there anymore either. THIS IS SUCH A SHAME

My wife wanted to stop by here last night because we were nearby and she needed some more hair shampoo. Since this store is near Walmart, finding parking in the front will be difficult but if you park on the side or behind the store then it might be easier. We came like 30 minutes before the store close but there were still a lot of people inside. A worker offer to help us but my wife already found her shampoo and was just browsing afterward. I went to their cologne area and they didn't really have much on display to try out. So I just saw 1 Dior and tried it on their test strip which I thought the smell was too strong. They only had 1 cashier working so the check out line was backed up.
