Thanks to the Burbank UPS Store team in helping me find a package that was sent by rush delivery to Georgia and was not delivered on time by a local driver. Even though the Burbank office specialists can't help directly with a shipment that is already in another state, they still did their best to help and it worked out in the end. Very attentive and helpful employees. Best UPS office I have ever been to

Great service by young professional men and women, and that service has been consistent since the store relocated. Not sure what ppl are talking about as to post office parking because the post office is over on Olive three blocks away. There is plenty of parking behind this location.

avoid this UPS by police station, they charge you $2 to pick a return sticker for amazon orders.

Worst UPS store I’ve ever gone to rude little kid workers don’t know any information they are scanning robots the manager is rude to he don’t need extra business he told me to take my business to another store they make up rules as they go

Avoid at all costs!!! Customer service was very poor and they constantly tried to sell their own supplies and packages for an Amazon return. Avoid this store at all costs!

I had a very important shipment sent here as a pickup location. It was a very expensive Japan rail pass that I needed before leaving the country. The day it was delivered, I went to go pick it up and no one could find it. Tried to tell me that I was might be wrong about the pickup location, then come to find out it WAS delivered to this store, on the counter, and they refused my package and had it sent back for no reason! Literally that morning. Even if they had waited a few hours I would have been able to get my package. If you are a UPS access point, then why would you refuse an incoming package?!? Instead I was given the runaround, told to call corporate, then the sylmar office tells me it was returned and they can’t find it at the facility and now it’s on its was back to the sender and I can’t get my refund until they get it! Which I don’t even know when that will be. This kind of thing continually happens with this company. I hate UPS.

I used to absolutely dread going to a UPS store, but this one is different. The employees at every other UPS store I’ve ever been to are condescending or incompetent (or both at the same time). Most employees don’t even greet you when you come in. Not at this one! Their people really know what they’re doing. They are patient and kind. They even have a sense of humor. I go out of my way to make sure I go to this store. Thank you all for your customer service. It’s a rare gift these days!

I've been to this store many times but yesterday stood out to me. Now I don't know his name, but koji is the reason why this day stood out to me. His performance was the most/best mediocre service I have ever experienced. I understand that not all of us are meant to be great and this employee, Koji, is exactly that. If you are looking for the best experience, this is not the place. This is the place mediocrity. 10/10 would definitely, kind of recommend it. Such a great average experience. Everyone else was fantastic though.

Worst customer service ever. Gus (the franchise owner of this store) does not care about customer service and is as smug, impatient and annoyed as they come. I will be reporting this store to corporate. They deserve to know and customers deserve better. Worst business owner I've ever met.

If you go through this store do yourself a favor and video tape yourself dropping it off. Received a receipt 3/21/2023 with a tracking number. According to UPS customer service the item hasn't left the store was never shipped, told to call the store, called the store spoke with their useless manager Gus who told me my business with them was done, needed to file a claim with UPS or Amazon, was super unhelpful and when I tried to get specifics told me to wait another week because it can take 3-5 weeks before a credit is processed on Amazon. Recommended customer service training since he was quick to reply and get interrupted along with the rude associate I spoke with before. Called UPS corporate and was told the shipping take 24 hours and that is not correct that a 3-5 week shipping timeframe exists. Now reporting this store, emailing corporate and all because someone couldn't be more helpful and just handle this more professionally.*see below - that's who you're dealing with. How can a package be lost when it never left the UPS store? They didn't ship it and won't take accountability - do business elsewhere *
