I go to this bank often I usually have a good experience. Today I walked in, the bank teller woman with short black hair that I always see and is very nice, was busy with a customer. She was the only one behind the main desks except for a man who was off to the side it looked like he wasn’t doing anything but I’m guessing he was busy. I was waiting patiently, the lady behind me was in a rush, but the guy teller continued with his work. It wasn’t until a third person got in line behind me, that the other teller stepped up to attend me. He was being a little rude like he didn’t want to be there, or like I was disrupting HIM. I was waiting in line for a while and then I felt like I was wasting his time. He told me his name was Levy? I think ? But I was really wishing that the women teller attended me.12/20. Around 1:20 pm

Very very poor customer service. Closed my account because they "attempted to get ahold of me" but couldn't. Then would not let me reopen my account. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ANYWHERE ELSE.

WARNING!!! This is not a generic review. This is my story. Everything written here is true and what I personally experienced. This was a bitter sweet review for me to write so bare with me and please Enjoy...... Actually Vida and Lucy from the Burbank San Fernando rd branch is what changed my opinion of US Bank around. See I usually banked at the riverside location, and the manager male I don't remember his name but he had horrifically embarrassed me publicly because I was in line to request a insufficient funds charge reversal on my account. Do you see at the time I was very poor it was before the pandemic and I was struggling. I knew that the pretty Armenian woman teller had reversed over charges for me before but because he denied me two days earlier he physically walked over to her told her to go on break then came out into the main vestibule area and asked me to sit at a desk well he typed in right notes which seemed he was writing notes on my account it was quite belittling rude and contentious. he took it upon himself to embarrass me in front of the entire branch that had a long line of customers. I was devastated humiliated and completely embarrassed I found this treatment to be unfair and discriminatory. At this point I've given up on U.S. Bank however recently I went into the San Fernando downtown Burbank branch where Lucy and Vida changed my perspective with kindness, patience and informative communication. That manager on Riverside should've never treated me the way he treated me I was at the time poor I was down and I was depressed and he devastated me. I'm a big Yelp'er and I write reviews however I don't really write bad reviews but I was so close and contemplating writing a review on that US Bank experience I had on riverside dr in Burbank and all what I went through and my embarrassment. However that changed the day I walked into the San Fernando Rd. branch in downtown Burbank Lucy and Vida turn my opinions around by representing the brand of US Bank, being kind and courteous and listening and being patient and recommending services that would better fit my financial goals. They were real with me and simply wonderful. I did not feel judged or treated like I was a shady character. Today I am confident to say that US Bank has my personal and total positive recommendation Which only extends to the San Fernando Blvd. branch in downtown Burbank. Lucy and Vida along with their entire team whom are attentive, kind, patient and really awesome. I left that day with a 10,000.00 + car loan with amazing APR. I walked in the other day and Vida called me by my name, I nearly cried. Us as a people should not have to beg for kindness, rather it should be given freely and selflessly because we are all entitled to it. So if you read this, thank you US Bank for choosing Vida to represent you. And Vida, if you read this truly thank for you kindness, patience, professionalism, your bright spirt and the human kindness you give effortlessly selflessly and freely. You are a true #RockStar! I don’t often come across a bank that is so willing to help you out in a pinch. I needed help with a big project that I couldn’t do on my own and they were willing to help me out. Not only that but Vida, who was the person helping me, also called me with updates and any questions that she had for me. She was able to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. I am so thankful for her and this branch for all of their help. You guys rock! Thank you again Vida!

Great ATM! One of the best in fact... I wish they had more. The customer service inside the branch is very service only and limited customer care. I haven't been inside the physical branch since earlier this year however the more than handful amount of times I was able to stop in weren't impressionable in a good way... I got what I needed each time however have avoided going inside pretty much the bulk of this year.

This US Bank location is A-OK... It's great in a pinch when I'm in Downtown Burbank and the ONE atm is usually functioning and easy to use. I've only been inside the branch a small handful of times and didn't feel very welcome.... As one of many locations temporarily closed I'm not losing sleep.. but hope that they will be a little more personable going forward and practice good health and safety measures.As one of, if not the only stand alone branches (not inside a Ralph's Fresh Fare Grocery Store) in the Burbank area I do find myself here once in a while when enjoying a weekend out especially when things are running at full capacity.The service is very quantity over quality, however they will get you everything you need in a very well paced manner.It's a good location for sure on the corner of Palm Ave and San Fernando Blvd just left or South East of Starbuck's and Ike's near a lot of great shops and businesses.
