I went to the other US bank branch in downtown Burbank and it's a huge contrast to this one. I definitely prefer this branch because everyone I've talked to that works here is so nice and helpful.

Opened account here recently. Gentleman that assisted me was helpful and kept calling me sir. I don't hear that a lot these days and I'm glad the young man's parents raised him good.

Worked with Heather J in social customer service to remediate the issue. They've provided the bonus as they originally promised and heather and Amit were helpful in making this happen.

Excellent branch. I was there last month for an account and Zor,the banker there, was great. He squeezed me in his schedule during his lunch time to help me out so I didn't have to go back again another time. Great customer service.

I have been a customer at this branch since 2018. The branch always has enough employees to avoid lines. They are all professional, kind, and understanding. My go-to person is Zor. He is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish more banks had employees like Zor.I will keep referring friends and business partners to this location.

Refused to help me because I wasn’t a member, but was recommended to use them by USAA for certified funds. Will never bank with them

Very bad customer relationship - would not go again to this branch - was accused of extra withdrawal funds due to ATM machine error which is no fault of my own. Highly disappointed of how those situation was handled including back office processing team response - did not hear back from them for over a week :(

The people here were not cool at all. I went to another US Bank that was closed. Came here at 4:01 and they wouldn't take a deposit as they closed at 4. I think I'm going to switch banks...

I have been a customer of US Bank for a decade, and this is the absolute worst service I have received at a US Bank branch, or any bank for that matter. We wanted to open an account, and called beforehand to make sure we had all the necessary documents. We were asked if we could be put on a "brief hold." After an extended period on hold (over fifteen minutes, I eventually just hung up), we figured they forgot about us and decided to just drive to the branch. There were three bankers and one customer. For some reason, two bankers were helping just one customer in front of us, who took over twenty minutes and left with a very thick wad of cash. The other banker, Tim Galstyan, said he couldn't help us open an account because it would take too long. I told him, I am already a customer, we had every document we could think of, and we would have gotten there earlier if we hadn't been waiting forever on hold at home. He said it would take thirty minutes to open an account, and by then it was 1:45pm, fifteen minutes before closing. At that time, there was no one else in line. Online, it says it takes only five minutes to open an account, but I guess Tim takes six times as long? I asked to talk to a manager, and Tim said that the manager, Nareg Minassian, wasn't there. So there was no one else with whom to speak. After several minutes of him trying to get out of helping us, he said opening an account would take only 15 minutes, and that he and any other banker couldn't stay after 2pm. If he had just helped us in the 15-minute time frame he now espoused, then we would have had our account opened before closing. We stayed seated and tried to open an account online, while they helped other customers PAST 2pm. I don't know for sure if it is because we don't look Armenian, but we were definitely treated differently than the other (Armenian-speaking) customers. This is the only time I have had a negative US Bank experience. If you are not Armenian, I would not go to this branch. We might have to take our loyalty to another bank, because this is our new neighborhood and I don't want to come to US Bank and be treated like a second class citizen.

I love this branch! I originally came into to get a check cashed but I usually bank with my credit union. I ended up opening an account here because they are so friendly and knowledgable. When I got here I was helped by a young girl, I'm not sure what her name was but she was the front girl who was a part-timer. Very nice! My teller who opened my account was Adrianna, even though there was a person or two waiting she let them know she would be right with them and took her time to help me set up my mobile banking. I did not feel rushed at all. Thank you so much for the experience!
