This branch has slowly changed within the past year or so I would say there's always new unfriendly faces recently had a very non friendly/professional experience with a bank teller ( middle eastern woman) I was worried and panicked over a large cash deposit I processed using the US BANK ATM it had stopped and marked my deposit $700 an error and didn't registered a single dollar and or returned my hard worked $700 ATM right next to the bank teller windows I asked this person and she was very unprofessional and rude and shined me off I have been banking with US BANK for almost 20 years she treated very cold and unfriendly almost as a racist discrimination my view and expectations from the us bank corp has changed completely, she rudely said call the number on your receipt like it's advise as she walked away, horrible customer service Mac Donald's had provided better service than this woman , horrible hiring staff they have giving US BANK. A really bad name - one more thing *ALL US BANK ATM MACHINES ARE RUNNED BY 3rd PARTIES * I have now gone back to the other nearby burbank branch and currently looking to find another bank .

I have nothing but great things to say about U.S. Bank. I called their 800 number on Friday to schedule an appointment. The representative offered nearby cities. I ended up going to the branch in Burbank (inside Ralphs). When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and Mila, the representative, walked me through the process. It took 20 minutes to open an account. She was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Note: This is a busy branch, but the representatives who work there are very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Mila :)

Who reads paper work manager opened my account never told me I need to go paperless so I can get $400 and also I'm using app to Zelle money and it's taking 3 days to Zelle money I'm closing the account ASAP !!!!

The 5 Stars is for this branch only (NOT Toluca Lake or inside Pavillions). Amid this pandemic I needed a cashiers check, while most all bank branches are closed I was surprised to see this one was open. I called in advance and I believe a gentleman named Tony answered...super polite and helpful. Next day I headed to this branch and the tells were also super polite and helpful. I had terrible experiences at Toluca Lake and subpar at Pavillions, so this was encouraging that I can stay with US Bank and know I will get great service from this location. Thank you!

Two fraudulent charges totalling over $900 posted to our account. We called right away to report and were told it would take up to 10 business days to get provisional credit. Meanwhile, wiped out our account with overdraft fees and legitimate charges scheduled to go through leaving us penniless through the holidays. they said I'd get a form in the mail within a couple days (it took 9 days) by which time I had ONE DAY to fax it back to them for research. It was viewed day 10 of 10. we were told by executive manager at main branch that unfortunately this was common practice so bank can "fee harvest" so they can then decide what overdrafts get refunded and which don't as a way to 'punish' customers. the charges WERE determined fraud and some of the overdrafts were refunded, but it took weeks. I HATE this bank and will be moving everything to our Chase account.

The atm machine ate my card they informed me they have it and said in three days they're going to shred it. The policy is BS. I work during the open hours of the bank(reason why I use the atm to deposit in first place) now I have to call of work to get my card instead of them holding it one extra day. Their machine was at fault not me but I'll be punished for it. Stay away from depositing money in the machine I haven't used the an atm in five years before this. To avoid these situations. It's better to just do the depositing in person. I'm keeping my money in the dirt your better off

This is a very convenient location because they open 7 days a week and the staff is s very nice and helpful. But the only think is that the ATM is out of service quite often. I wish they can put more attention to it.

I'm soooo grateful for the US Bank app! The mobile deposit option is very convenient for the busy people during the week or lazy people like me who can just snap a pic and continue sitting on my couch. Well while at work yesterday I was in a horrible service area so my mobile deposit didn't go through. I searched and found this location that is open on Sundays! Perfect! Most US Banks that are open on Sundays are in a grocery store, like this one which is located inside Ralphs and there is one by my old house that was inside of a Vons grocery store. Ok so back to this location... There is a US bank sign attached to the Ralphs signs so you can assure you are in the right location. I entered the store around 9:57 am and looked to the right and saw the bank from afar. After leaping over all the last minute Mother's Day shoppers trying to get bouquets, I made it to the window. Whew! Even though they didn't open for another now two minutes, the deposit slips stand was already set up and ready for customers to use. Which was perfect because I was making a straight deposit. 10 am hits, the lights pop on and a smiling face says "I can help you over here." I explained to her my attempted deposit yesterday and she said it wasn't showing on her end but we can go ahead and deposit it here. As she typed away on the computer she asked me my plans for today, I responded with church so this was perfect that they opened at 10. After I finished answering her question she was done. In & Out.. no burgers! Lol great experience. Bookmarked!
