My appt was at 11:30 am and I was called in at 1:17 pm. I don’t get it.

They do not respect appointment time. We arrived early to the appointment, but my wife had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. The front desk and staff are very rude and inconsiderate. It is surprising to me to know that this is part of USC!

Very rude disgusting staff. There is a heavy set girl with glasses who works here who is so sick of her job she needs to quit and stop giving everyone attitude.
