i turned in my DNA TEST KiT by AncestryDNA here early morning during the month of MAY 2025 , i havent got any info back its been 6-8 weeks . not sure how the city of BURBANK correlates mail but this isnt right . ive contacted the company , they confirmed nothing has been received . that picture i attached is proof i was there to drop off at the box

I walked in today at 9 am to mail an item I need helped being packed.Tuan saw me and said while the post office services were not open until 10, he would help me. Wow, what a great customer service from Tuan. He truly went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. Thank you Tuan. You are awesome!

I spoke with an employee named Tuan, who was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me, a long-time P.O. Box customer, and seemed unfamiliar with a basic USPS policy regarding mail forwarding. He even threw away my paperwork and proceeded to call another customer without resolving my issue. His communication was poor, and he was unable to clearly explain anything. Overall, the service experience with him was unacceptable and frustrating.
Due to this experience, I’ve decided to move my P.O. Box to a private provider and will begin using other private shipping carriers whenever possible.

I don't know his name, but the man at the counter the other day was extremely helpful! I was annoyed because I didn't know that the box type mattered when shipping using ground transport. He took his time to explain the issue and found a way for me to still use a free box by cutting an old box into two. I appreciate that he was kind and resourceful. He made my day. 😊

This is consistently the worst usps location. They are never open, not even the P.o. boxes area so i can't even at least drop off packages. They even lock up the blue boxes outside of the building. Why even have a location here if you are always closed?

I went in to send a package to Texas and the postman named Tuan was extremely helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and also helped me save a couple bucks by getting the exact size box I needed to send my niece and nephew some stuffed animals. This man needs a raise, amazing at his job and his energy is contagious!

Absolutely atrocious experience. Tried to return a package and the Armenian lady was apparently having a bad day screaming at everyone really stressed. Didn’t care about my package and wrote the return address in sharpie on the box. Then charged me $18.60 insurance but it wound up back at my house. Waste of time & money, do not visit USPS Burbank ?

I live in San Jose Ave and i don’t get my mail. This location is sending my mail to wrong address and this is opening a door for fraud.
Not once or twice this is happening for years.
