  Came to try on gowns for a national beauty pageant and the guy was so rude and said I can only TRY ON 4 dresses total…. And he mentioned it 35 times while I was there. What if it was wrong size or too short? I can’t try on more than 4? That’s crazy. Spending that kind of money and we can’t even try on what we want. Then I wanted some jewelry and he said it wasn’t for sale yet… why have it out then!?! He was very rude and I won’t be back. Would not recommend.

  I recently bought a stunning dress from Velour in Burbank as a surprise gift for my girlfriend of two years, and I have to say, it was a fantastic choice. When she tried it on, her face immediately lit up with joy and excitement. Not only did the dress fit her perfectly, but she also couldn't stop raving about the quality and craftsmanship.Velour offers a great selection of dresses, and I highly recommend this store if you're looking to surprise your girlfriend with a special dress. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you want to impress your significant other with a beautiful outfit, give Velour a visit. Trust me, you won't regret it!

  I bought my 30th bday dress from here and LOVED it. Throughout the first (and only) night I was able to wear it the tassels starts to fall off and unravel completely ruining the look of the dress. I went back just to give it the benefit of the doubt and realized a lot of the gowns in the store are see-through or already damaged when you try on. Not to mention I had a bad experience with the Sales lady/manager. She does not know how to interact with customers. After learning that I’m pregnant and maybe I out of their size range in one item, she implied I damaged a dress by trying it on. The dress was already damaged prior to me putting on the dress and actually fit me perfectly. When I told her this she said “oh okay” which made it all the more clear to me that is what she was implying. When I decided to hang up the remaining dresses and not give her my business, she tried to justify what she said to me from across the whole entire store, with other customers shopping, which made me feel all the more uncomfortable. I Will not be coming back to waste my money. They know the clothes they are selling are cheap bc apparently just trying it on can damage the item. It’s also reflected in the very strict no return policy and constant sales. I had a feeling my dress would be a one and done type of situation but didn’t expect it to start falling a part within the first night, going back and then having the poor customer service put the nail in the coffin.
