Went to Walmart in Burbank for a small Radio. Went to the Electronics Dept and asked for help. The 2 sales people seem like i was not there. But would help much younger customers. I then as wanted a cabinet to be open, the Saleswomen opened it for.another customer who had been there after me and closed in after i told her what i wanted. This happen on 2/1 morning. Terrible service. I won't go there again and tell my friend too.

This is the lamest store in the valley. First off they have every Uber driver in the area to pick up your order including in the spaces for us to pick up. 2. whoever is in that warehouse maybe try to be the supervisor is not. I came 2 times one in December and one in the new year where they send you the link saying your groceries are ready for pick up and I have to go and ask for my groceries and wait until they put them together so I am wasting my time driving 20 mins to the store to wait another 15 mins. Today I had a order of 21 items they sent 5 items. Is anyone checking what is going in these trucks? I can understand one or two items but 16 missing. Someone needs to do a Secret Shopper and the Store Manager need to know what is going on. There Customer Service that you call about this are rude and also very uniformed other than put a customer on hold for 20 mins to see if I can get my groceries delivered instead of wanting to give refunds so quickly for their mistake. Do they not think it takes time to go online and order groceries, put the order together wrong and then want to drop a tip on your order? Hell No....because my service has been so bad, I'm not tipping anyone. I wish I had the corporate phone number. I would love to speak to them.

THIS STORE IS ASS. wouldn't even give it 1 star. What is corporate/walmart doing about this awful store? It all stems from the general manager at this store. What he lets his employees get away with. Maybe, corporate don't care cause they have high volume traffic due to pricing. WALMART is absolutely worst company/store ever. I would rather go to target pay more to get better customer service. WALMART REALLY NEEDS TO REFLECT. Will never return. I had to call corporate office to get notice of the progress of my delivery order. Which even corporate couldn't even get hold of the store. The corporate office was placed on hold x2 and discounted. This store has young sorry ass children and managers working in there. It's been over 24hours of my order pending with no update. But I am suppose to show ID for my delivery with delivery window 9am-10pm. Walmart is a chain company that doesn't care about their customer or how their stores are run If it wasn't for their pricing Walmart would be shit down just like toys r us

Also located in the same giant shopping center with Target and others store, this Walmart has more aisles than a regular one and even for a regular Super Walmart, that speaks a lot to how many stuffs they carry in here, everything is just ready for the holidays, the usual suspects would be all the cheap electronic ones, again do your research before you ended up buying junks that you don't need or can't use for a long time. Then check out toys and more toys because it's Xmas and you have to buy them for all the children as presents :) although all the good collectibles were locked inside glass cases :(

the really crappy thing about walmart and there are a lot of things to discuss in that area is their customer service lines 1-800-925-6278. my packages all 4 of them were "delivered" to a non existent address with a fictitious po box box address that someone- not me- put on these two orders. why would i pay for an item and not want it to be delivered to my home address and even if a po box was used-which it was not why wasnt it questioned that there was no physical address. how do they have the nerve to say the items were delivered and there isn't an address. delivered to whom and where? clearly someone in that organization is tampering with addresses and stealing items. that's walmarts problem and shouldn't be my problem. all of my other items i have ordered have come to my home address why are these items different? i have spent over 2 hours on hold and on the phone trying to get a refund and as of this review i have been on hold for the last missing item i should have been refunded for last week for almost 30 minutes. i don't understand how they have someone answer the phone but is only able to transfer you to another area and then you are left on hold forever. target will be getting more of my business as walmart is inefficient.they try to ware you down from requesting your refund for non delivery/missing packages by leaving you on hold so long you get angry and hang up. it is a really shady tactic but for impatient people it works and walmart keeps you money. i don't play that game. i paid them i expect what i paid for and no bullshit. as of this writing i am still on hold . walmart you are a horrible inefficient schemy organization and people should be very cautious of your business practices. i will not hang up until i get my refund. you can bet your ass on that.

THIS DID NOT HAPPEN in Burbank. It started with WALMART'S CUSTOMER SERVICE 1-800-924-9206.I'm sharing this experience, so you can protect your friends and family from Walmart actually giving out your private information to other customers. On Aug 9, I received the text (in the pic). I immediately reported it, and was promised my violation would be forwarded to the Elevated Customer Service dept. I didn't hear from the Elevated Customer Service dept until over a week later, when I cancelled my Walmart+ membership. Then, within 24hrs, the employee was "removed from the program". This means that the Walmart looked the other way, and allowed their dangerous employee to continue working for another week, and probably violating many more customers.I started getting calls from people who I didn't know, and felt I had to change my phone number, to feel safe. Two weeks after that, I became frightfully aware that I had a stalker. The acts of violence (which are still going on), have ranged from slicing flower stems and leaving the cuttings next to the plant (scary creepy), to leaving a spent bullet casing in my garden, to pulling my front yard fence away from my house, to going into my backyard and stealing (Nov. 21). Yes, I've filed multiple police reports, and installed security cameras, but nothing is 100% failsafe, and with him constantly watching me and wi-fi being unreliable, he still is able to strike.In many states, like California, it's against the law to release personal information (it's called an Invasion Of Privacy), and you should check your what the laws are in your state , in case this happens to you or a loved one.It's all pretty frightening! Don't let what happened to me, happen to the people who are important in your life. Don't enroll in Walmart+, don't order from Walmart online. You have alternatives, check out Amazon, Vons/Safeway /Albertsons, or any other store that isn't Walmart! Protect the people you care about, and share my story.Also, I recommend you call Walmart's Customer Service, and double check if your info has been shared. It's especially important during the holiday sales. 1-800-924-9206.This DID NOT happen in a store, or the location listed (but Yelp requires a place). Recently I went here and the prices were either wrong or not there. I need to know the prices. This is why so much items are left in the front or in other aisles. Managers need to do better on making sure pricing is visible.

Their new Pick-Up service is excellent idea! After purchase online, Check-In on the app when you are ready to pick it up. There are 25 designated parking spots for pick-up. Update the app & let them know which parking spot # you are and color of your car. Within a few minutes, the associate will bring your order for you. No more waiting in line at the counter and you don't have to carry all the stuff to the parking lot. Super convenient and efficient!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Did a pick up order and half my order was missing. Didn't notice until I got home. When I called I was told the manager Lgitt would call me back. After an hour I called and they said he had given the task to a lead. That the lead would call me back. Waited almost an hour before calling the store again. The lead Alba took my call and transferred me to the department. Never asked what was the matter or apologized for the wait. She was clueless. Had to wait another 15 minutes on the line before someone "helped" me. Again no apology. I wasn't rude because I work customer service too but I would never allow any store or personnel that I lead be so incompetent. From the manager down to the so called leads. Service is pathetic to say the least.

Between the poor lighting, filthy floors and lack of merchandise lies a staff that has no idea where things are located, why the dressing rooms are closed or how to reach a manager for assistance.This is clearly the result of poor training and leaders that just don't care.
