I don't understand why there are always long lines when I visit. You would expect that entrusting a financial institution with our hard-earned money would make things smoother, but that's not the case here. While I didn't need to see a teller, I do have restrictions on my card, such as maintaining a $300 withdrawal limit at the ATM in case of any potential risks. It's Burbank, but still... Personally, I believe customers shouldn't have to wait as long as they did for service. With only 2 tellers and 10 customers waiting, it took me around 3-5 minutes to get approval for my in-bank cash withdrawal. I found it odd that my ID was taken (sus) when other branches use tablets for approval. It made me feel uneasy. If you are thinking about Wells Fargo, explore other banking options and consider your choices. Customers who deposit their money deserve better service. Despite being linked to someone on the account, I am contemplating switching to a credit union.

When you are a high volume bank maybe you should have more bankers?? Why is the ratio 2 bankers to 20 people in line??

This place is a joke. You can't open an account on a weekend. Obviously. They don't need mine or anyone else's money. What happens to walking into. Bank to open an account or just to do business Now no one talks to you without an appointment time even if they are just sitting there. This bank had a line Of over fifteen people and only two employees working behind the glass walls. Don't worry I went to Bank of America down the street, they also asked me if I had an appointment which I didn't, they told me if I could wait they were happy to open an account for me.

Both Burbank branches are notorious for long waits because of the lack of tellers (and has stayed that way since the days when the excuse for everything relating to slow/poor customer service was "because COVID"). While I cannot confirm for fact, I am led to believe by people unassociated with either branch that this is being done on purpose. According to them, WF is trying to nudge customers to do their transactions online. Whether that's just the sign of the times and/or another billion-dollar company trying to cut costs is anyone's guess, but it appears that way. At any rate, they get three stars because, to be fair, the tellers are always nice and service is quick if you arrive at the right moment.

If I could give them 0 stars I would came in at 3:45 to get help by someone at their desk usually every bank I go to greets you and ask you if you need help with anything thank fully there was a scan to be put on the waitlist no one acknowledged at all there was this brunette and didn’t both to help wanted to ask her for help because she looked like she work there but wasn’t sure. So I sat keep in mind I’m Hispanic and just got out of work. The regulars came and every banker from there desk got up and gave hugs and greeted them people came in spoke in their language and got greeted and helped them and said you have an appointment right so that gave them the right to let them cut queue. Around 5:49 the banker who greeted everyone in his native language finally came up to me and asked is there anything I can help you with I said yes . I’ve been on queue for an hour and it looks like up next he told me I’m sorry I can’t help you because this lady has an appoint at 4:30 keep in mind I’ve been there since 3:45 patiently waiting and told me I am going to have to come back tomorrow. Such lack of professionalism. Can get up to greet regulars when they are with a customer and give them hugs but can’t acknowledge me that I need assistance in finding a way to make an appointment with a banker

This Wells Fargo is the closest to my work so I have to come here. The Positive is that there is parking. The negative is the line is always long! Only 2 tellers at 10am. They recently remodeled and put up a big wall where the managers sit. How convenient so they can't see how long the line is. Customers are always complaining that they don't get up and help. Maybe for the customers you should make it where they can get up and help the tellers. It is a really big bank and sometimes the line is up the stairs out the door. Some bankers are not busy and they couldn't even help. Worst Wells Fargo.

This place is very calm relaxed and the help of Arabo makes the difference. Everyone is family when it comes to knowing everyone. There is a difference.

I've been with this bank for decades and am so disappointed in how bad it has become. The bankers are so rude, there's no customer service and the managers just don't care. You need to make an appointment for simple matters and when we wanted to open a new account, they acted irritated and told us to make an appointment. When we tried to call, no one answers. They told us to do everything online which we did not want to do as we had questions. Do not bank here. We are moving all of our accounts elsewhere.

Always understaffed, línea are so long and there's no sense of urgency. You would think that on a Monday or Friday which are the busiest days they would have more than 2 tellers working....
