I have been coming here for 3 years now and this was the last straw. If you are a woman do not come to this pharmacy. I have been shamed and embarrassed multiple times over my birth control. Every-time it is either sent to a different store, the wrong brand, or just out of stock. I was treated with 0 patience or urgency when they messed up my prescription for the 5th time. I don't get mad at people or speak up, but I had to say something this time. I asked them "why does this keep happening and what can I do to make this simple?" They were clueless and treated me like I was some slut trying to get my birth control to avoid a pregnancy, when in reality I'm just a lesbian with pmdd that doesn't wanna bleed everywhere. So yeah, fuck this pharmacy. They are conservative as hell and not at all helpful. Queers and femmes stay away. Not worth the headache.

After a certain pharmacy told me my daughters allergy medication was in stock, come in 1 hour.. only to find out at 8:00p that they're out of stock and the nearest one in stock was an hour away. My choice was to find another 24 hour pharmacy that was open. Panic! I went into mama superwoman mode. I called around and landed here. it was literally 5 min from me. Paulina was a miracle worker!!! They were closing in 25 minutes!! We tagged teamed and I literally got there at 8:55p and she handed me my daughters medication. Phenomenal service. So grateful. Thank you Paulina and Rite aid Pharmacy for coming through.

I usually get my prescriptions from here. Everytime I enter, someone always greets me. Some of the workers even remember me, which is super kind and considerate! Sometimes I see only one worker with a line of people, and they still manage to work that line fast with a positive attitude! I like their seasonal section because theres always good rite aid deals (it really is worth signing up for it, unlike some other places). I like to decorate my home so getting new decoration pieces for a good price is always a win win situation. Keep up the good work everybody!

Great service. Had a problem with our prescription and they called our doctor and fixed everything right away. Great people working at the pharmacy. This is my go-to pharmacy for all my pharmaceutical needs.

I been shopping here for years and is a convenient store for food, snacks, drinks, beer, liquor, cigars, cigarettes, kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. The manager and most of the cashiers are friendly except for Madonna a rude unprofessional who makes you bag your own groceries and rufuses service at the checkout and tells you to shop somewhere else. She should not be working there and should be fired.

My first and ONLY visit to this store. Not only was customer service non-existent, Anoush, the smart mouthed in dire need of a visit to a decent hair salon, poor excuse for an employee gets pissy when asked for some help unlocking a case and yells at us that we should be pushing "the button". After she finally came down from her thrown and arrived with the key, she points to a white button stuck to a frame of the case without any signs identifying what the button's purpose is. While we are paying for our items, HRH Anoush shows up to dribble on about her powerful button when we informed her that we are her #1 fan and leave.

The manager refused to match the "pick up from store price" because said item not the same. The package was redesigned and she didn't even bother to scan barcode!

Special thank you to Dr. Dro Arazian. I didn't realize that the pharmacy closed this early on the weekend. He was nice enough to get me my medication after hours and helped me check out at the front of the establishment. I really appreciate that.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt because of Covid and employees out and new hires. 5 stars for this store during the week because of the check out clerks who greet you and thank you for coming. The weekend crew needs more training. Went today for an Rx pickup. I ordered 2 prescriptions online 2x, never got a text, one had a refill available and the other did not. So I went to the Dr. and got a paper Rx for both. Took to the store. They did text that one was out of stock, as it normally is, the other is always in stock. I get a text 3 days later the the order is ready. Went to the Pharmacy, and I KNOW that they are always concentrating on filling orders so I never make a scene and wave my hand or yell out. I just wait until they see me. Well only the Pharmacist was there, I thought. Then a couple go to the drop off line and yell for service. Um excuse me, I'm waiting here first. No problem I wait longer, mind you I am the only one in line. Those people leave, still no service, no "I will be right with you" this while I'm ready the sign thank you for your patience and kindness. 15 minutes in I see a 2nd head (assistant) looking for Rxs on the shelf, she see's me, no acknowledgement. I stand quietly and wait some more. She finally appears at the register and just stares at me, says NOTHING. I was friendly, she didn't act like she was given any customer service training. She called over the Pharmacist for consultation, she was very nice. So what happened to customer service? It wasn't like they were helping 10 people, it was just me. If I didn't get 20% off my store order I wouldn't be coming to this store. But I don't want to go to a zoo like CVS for Rx's. Is it me, or is it society changing? I fill out the surveys but it does not seem to do any good. Corporate offers all these fancy offers of service and we care about you, but it never trickles down to the stores. The worst part? The ice cream freezer has NO ice cream and water still leaking all over the floor and rags everywhere....this is months old problem...fix it! Do they know how much sales they are loosing on ice cream? and from ME alone hahahahaha

Rite Aid in Burbank on Hollywood Way does nothing but lLIE about their so called Delivery service. The truth is.....they use a 3rd Party to deliver medications and they DON'T EVEN START TO DELIVER UNTIL 5:00pm. I just got a call .....at 5:19, telling me another lie.....that my Delivery was Delayed because the service didn't show up. Now WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY WAIT TO DELIVER MUCH NEEDED MEDICATIONS UNTIL 5:00pm????? The Pharmacist lied to me this morning saying "his people didn't come in until noon". NOT TRUE. They have no people of their own and they don't come in until 5:00!! I am nearly a 78 yr. old woman who lives alone and really needs my medication. I have already lost 2 full days because their RULES require you to call in before 11:00am. My doctor missed that deadline.....so I had to wait another day. Then......another FULL day without medication because the truth is they really DO NOT DELIVER. NO ONE should EVER get caught up in their lies again. After 20 yrs.....I will never go back. I hope they close down all the stores...not just 15. I have filed a Formal Complaint with their Corp. Office (no help there) and have notified the Media in a effort to help others from going through this when they are ill and really need help the most.

Let's just say if you're bringing someone who is nervous about getting the vaccine, DO NOT bring them here. The pharmacist was awful. Instead of reassuring my friend, he told her if she was nervous about the vaccine, NOT TO DO IT. What?! Are you joking?? He says, with a straight face, "the side affects are a million times worse." Seriously?! What medical study is that based on?! Take your hesitant neighbor, friend, family member somewhere else. This was atrocious behavior.

They get an extra star only because the pharmacy there has never given me a problem, so im thankful for that. But negative review here primarily because of covid precautions. Employees let customers walk around with mask under nose. They dont say a thing. Beyond that, ive had bad customer service, primarily by the older armenian lady with blonde hair. She's just outright rude every time.

rite aid pharmacy on hollywood way is only professional and great because of a few workers there!!! these workers are: --meena motwani/pharmacist --manager kathy --staff janet these above-mentioned staff are truly the only ones that demonstrate excellent customer service; the rest of the staff are not customer-service oriented!'' it is shameful!! these 3 staffers are mostly the only ones who treat the patients professionally, with concern and care and excellent customer service. i have been going to this pharmacy because of them, particularly because of pharmacist meena!!! she is the absolute best; she truly cares about her patients and they know it!!! thank you, meena! the pharmacy is a hugh loss without you!!! i am considering taking my business elsewhere...most everyone there does not care about the patients!!! i would not recommend this pharmacy!!! thank you, mwonh

There's a reason this location is rated so badly! Poor customer service! Health code and safety violations. They do not clean their bathrooms and refused to service a pregnant ethically and kindly. The manager is slow and careless and trains her employees to be mean and careless. Go somewhere else - they won't respect you or treat you with human decency.

The pharmacy here is wonderful! All of the ladies are just so great. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store staff is very nice too and the store is clean and well stocked. Parking lot is easy to manage. Great experience all around.
