Generally great, but MONICA at the cold cuts counter is the RUDEST human in Burbank. EVERY time: resentful looks, treatment, and walking away from people when you're still asking for help. Oh well, have a Blessed Day!

Editing review.. dropping a star. This store was great but it’s losing its appeal. Can’t get Arugula, or sesame bagels, or the store brand quinoa crisp chocolate. Some prices have become gobsmacking, like $6 for 12oz OJ. Odd because sometimes things are cheaper. It’s all over the place. Checkout wait can be excessive. And why do they put all the electric car spaces right in front? So what if the car is electric? Shouldn’t that be for ADA access? The restaurant food is just terrible.

Went to Whole Foods in Burbank February 11th and was helped by this nice kind guy named Khali ( sorry if I missed spelled it). He went above and beyond to help me find a certain brand of kombucha. He even offered to get me a cart so that I could shop. My husband even made a comment and said that nobody nowadays has this kindness, it’s very rare to find it in somebody. This guy has compassion in his heart, even just for the little things. He truly is a rare gem and good guy!! Thank you!

I recommend Whole Foods. Stopped for groceries & dinner from the hot bar since I was too tired to cook. I am never disappointed! Yes they are a little pricey but you can really count on the quality, freshness and selection of healthy food.

I used to love Whole Foods for their great selection of prepared foods, cooked to perfection with better ingredients than Walmart. However, these days, you could probably get the same or better quality at lower range stores for less money. The hot bar here sucks. The food is consistently over cooked or barely cooked. There is no in-between anymore. Either way, the food is inedible. Oftentimes you won't know how bad it is until you return home. By then, you just count your losses.I'm done with Whole Foods for prepared food. It's worth it to trek over to Erewhon instead where you'll pay the same price for things like Avocado rolls or hot bar items. The difference is that that erewhon actually gives you what you pay for. The food is infinitely better in both taste and quality of ingredients. I've found many sushi rolls to be cheaper at Erewhon(yes, really). So there seems to be little point in supporting Whole Foods who can't cook without canola oil or make a thoroughly roasted sweet potato.Employees are always so friendly here, but that's not enough to deter me from beginning to shoping elsewhere if my money can't buy decent food here. It's disrespectful of your customers to charge for some of the crap that is allowed to be served up here

There’s nothing whole about this place. It’s a conventional Amazon market
