Vehicle we shipped was severely damaged and the driver tried to cover it up and have it repaired without our knowledge.When we called moveauto they refunded us for the shipping fee. However, now 90 days later, our vehicle still isn’t repaired and the insurance companies are dragging their feet. The repairs and devaluation of the vehicle are far greater than the refund they gave us. Not to mention the countless hours we’ve had to deal with this over the past 3 months.

Can’t complain at all! Everything went smooth. We shipped our two vehicles from NJ to MO and since the first contact with the representative then with Kayla C. the transport coordinator and then the driver, everything was professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again if we need to and will recommend to my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much for taking care of our ? . !!

My boyfriend had a really good experience with moveauto! He purchased a vehicle in California and had it delivered to Stone Mountain, GA. It took 10 days total from pickup to drop off which we expected. moveauto did a WONDERFUL job communicating the entire process. Our biggest fear was the truck driver trying to gouge us for more money and that didin't happen at all. I totally recommend them. We were so nervous since we've never done anything like this and they made it a smooth process. They are transport brokers and not the carrier themselves, which I was hesitant on at first, but they assured us they aren't working with randoms from a lead board, and even if they are, I can't tell lol. 10 out 10 for sure!

Did a cross country move and their service was impeccable and also adapted drop off to our plans last minute. The folks that helped us (Kayla, Brandon and Hoya) were all super helpful and responsive.

I used moveauto to transport my car from ********** to ******* one and a half months ago. The transportation of the car went smoothly and the car arrived in great shape. However, when I received my car, I noticed that my Belkin MagSafe car mount was missing. It is visible in ******* pick up photos taken on March 22nd as the car left my possession and is gone in ******* drop off photos that were taken right before I picked up and received the car on March 31st. I contacted Ofa, my representative, on April 3rd via text message when I noticed it was missing. I did not receive any reply so I reached out via email on April 15th. I received an automated reply that she was out so I added her coverage ***** to the email on April 16th and received no reply. I am disappointed that I received no customer support for this issue and I hope moveauto will help resolve this.

Understanding that moving a car goes through numerous channels, this was pretty smooth and straightforward for me. The rep I worked with was helpful and I would like more info during transport but I understand that that depends on the dispatcher and the driver to update them. The driver was excellent and took care of my car at origin and at destination. Be prepared to walk or get a ride to the truck since it cannot navigate narrow streets. Also, depending on weather, the car will probably arrive dirty, if it's an open carrier.Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and would use them again if needed. I did not have issues with damage so I can't say how that process would go filing a claim and such.

Excellent service! We had our autos transported from NY to Alaska and both Brandon and Monica provided professional and courteous service! Monica kept me informed as our autos moved across the country and over seas. She followed up prior and once we picked up our vehicles. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER! People at Move Auto may be nice, but the transport company they subcontract with (that actually transports your car) is super sketchy and unethical, SO BE CAREFUL. I had the WORST transport experience! The Company Move Auto trusted to transport my car severely damaged my car and then did an "investigation" for 7 weeks to figure out that they are the ones who damaged it!! I hold Move Auto just as responsible for the damage as the company that caused the damage. At first the transport company denied that the damage happened during transport! Really? Who would send a car with a busted sunroof to transport? It would not even have been accepted for transport! Save yourself the grief DO NOT SHIP WITH MOVE AUTO, they can't be trusted to hire good sub contractors. Find a better more reputable company, or better yet drive your car to your destination. I wish I had!

I cannot recommend MoveAuto enough! They transported our 4Runner from TX to IL, we got updated regularly and everything went smoothly! Stephanie B was amazing to work with as well as Kayla C; we will definitely use them again! They also offered a military discount which we appreciated!

MoveAuto is a highly unethical company. DO NOT USE THEM. They destroyed 2 cars (including mine) in an enclosed transport. They didn't strap down either car and totaled both. I did not even get a refund from them for the shipping charge. They refused to pay me anything, and I had to spend $40k fighting them through lawyers just to get some of my losses back. Disgusting.

Used moveauto to transport my car from California to Texas. Got to know about them through Yelp reviews and I would say the experience was really positive.The initial conversations were with Stephanie and they were clear and informative. Once the move was confirmed, Kayla took over the case and once again was helpful throughout.Dropped my car at their Burlingame office. They offer a Lyft ride to SFO airport. Car was picked up by the driver couple of days later and the update was shared in a timely manner.Kayla was in touch on text throughout and the car was delivered couple of days later. Truck driver calls you a day before delivery and once again few hours before delivery. Apart from being a little dusty (which is expected for such a long trip), car arrived without any damages.

Really frustrating and unprofessional experience.All American Trucking subcontracted the shipment of our car to Ruse Auto Transport. All American assured me that the driver would reach out in advance to let me know when and where I needed to drop off my car.That never happened. Instead, after 3 days of zero communication, Stephanie from Ruse Auto reached out with a text saying "the driver is in your area". I had about an hour to scramble to get my car to the driver. When I asked Stephanie what happened and why I didn't get a heads up, she pushed the blame to the driver and STOPPED RESPONDING.As for All American trucking, the messages I recieved from them were not accurate either. I really didn't care if the car was picked up/delivered on the first or last day of the window provided. Accurate communication was more important to me, and it just wasn't there. I was told the car would be delivered on Aug 10 or 11. I was at an appointment on Aug 9 when I got the call from the driver that my car needed to get picked up.Not to mention I had to juggle 3 points of contact for a single job; All American trucking, Ruse Auto, and the driver himself.Having said all that, the car was picked up and dropped off in the guaranteed window and it was undamaged so for that I gave 3 stars. But, for me, it's the little things that make the difference and Stephanie at Ruse Auto really turned me off to this service. Because of that, I won't use this service again or suggest it to others.
