Online scheduling is easy. Sometimes the groomers get stuck in traffic so scheduling with a flexible window has worked for me. Newton did a great job grooming my anxious dog & was friendly and a good communicator (re: ETA, etc.). Recommended :)

Henry G. did a great job, especially accommodating Ricky and me. He actually decided to use my downstairs bathroom so Ricky didn't even need to leave the house. After he was finished and the door opened Ricky did not run upstairs but just hung out with us. My and Ricky's stress disappeared!

Audra was absolutely fantastic as she groomed our 16-year old cat. She was extremely professional, did an excellent job and even took the time to tutor my two young sons on proper grooming and maintenance for an older cat. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for her efforts and we look forward to seeing Audra again!
