Worst customer service ever! Went in on stormy day, my husband on crutches, NEEDING a new phone badly. The employees were sitting around on their phones and had already put away the inventory and the woman was hostile, saying we had to leave and come back because the store was closing in a half hour.

Excellent customer service and great experience. Jade, the store manager was attentive to all of my needs. They took great care of me and reinforced why I am a loyal customer of AT&T.

Jade gave us the most exceptional services and during a period when they were understaffed and with a full store. They were calm, courteous, and kind to everyone that entered. They made an arduous experience more than pleasant.

The employee who helped me over the phone and in store was patient and friendly. However, if you go here, make sure to confirm what they are doing each step of the way (so you don’t get surprised at the end when they put you on a random plan you didn’t ask for).With that said, I cannot recommend anyone visits this location as one employee in particular needs to reevaluate how they communicate with customers. When I walked in, they were a bit snippy with me. Then, a bit later, they walked up to me and kept repeating “It’s one or the other. Which one do you want?” (in reference to the fact that I could apparently only get one bill credit promotion in store, even though I could get both online, which was not explained to me until it was too late). I tried to explain how I would love to order the plan myself online, but could not because AT&T kept cancelling my order immediately and asked me to visit a store to verify my ID. Each time I started talking, the rude employee would interrupt me and repeat the same line, speaking to me the way a parent would to a an unruly toddler. I felt infantilized and confused. I said “please don’t speak to me like that.” They responded “well, I’m speaking to you like that!” I was shocked and felt powerless, knowing in the moment that I would have to accept this abysmal treatment and move on.If the rude employee from the store ever reads this, I just want you to know that you hurt me. I’ll assume you were having a bad day, but that doesn’t justify projecting your frustrations onto me or any other customer. I hope you can find it in yourself to spread a bit more empathy, compassion, and warmth into the world. Because despite speaking to me like I was a toddler, you were the one throwing a tantrum.

The lady who helped me set a prepaid plan didn’t tell me it’s a new number, didn’t confirm with me that it’s a new number and didn’t give me an option to have esim or physical sim. I was sick and uncomfortable while she was doing the setup so was just following her directions. And after I paid and finished the setup, I found it’s a new number. She didn’t even mention that, I have to figure it out myself. And she insisted it’s my fault. And told me she couldn’t process the refund, “unless you wanna pay extra 30 to get your number transferred” that’s her words. I have to call the customer service with my broken voice. I’ve been dealing with many att staff and no one being so unprofessional and rude like her.

George was great! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I walked in and he helped me right away. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with all my issues resolved.

Going into your store I was very frustrated. I was having issues with my current Carrier of 12 years. Jeremiah and the other gentleman that was there was patient understanding went through the whole process.And then found out my driver's license had expired.and then I came back when I got my driver's license in the mail.And was there for a couple of hours and there was issues during the whole process ? Which could of ended up bad? Because I usually have a short fuse and would of walked out but they were so great kept everything calm and relaxed then I came back a few days later like they had suggested. Everything worked out great.And I am very satisfied.Jeremiah and staff is really great.
