Very busy shop! Audi and Porsche Burlingame share one service facility. My SA was Greg Kendall who was great. He knows I will be waiting for the car at a coffee shop so he expedited my service. I only waited for 1.5 hours which was surprising. Try to get an earlier schedule as their loaners are first come first serve.
