Came for service and taken care of promptly and got my ride back, all within 15 minutes. Never happened this fast any time at any other auto dealers and I have been to almost all automakers shops. Small place but very effective.

I had a great experience leasing a car from Mike and Sam at Audi Burlingame. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. I went to the dealership on Monday afternoon and drove out with a better lease deal the next day. And I love my 2026 A5 Sportback!

This is my 3rd (or 4th?) lease with Anthony. I keep coming back to Audi Burlingame bc of his incredible service. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and I feel like he has my best interest in mind. He always goes the extra mile in a time where outstanding customer service is dying.
