I had been collecting 1$ bills for quite a while, finally decided that I will bring it in to see how much has piled up. I ask the teller if the money could be run through the counter so I can see the amount and get it deposited into my account. She handed me an empty deposit slip, told me to count the money and write it on the slip... THEN she can run it through the counter. I didn't say anything further, I was irritated. I didn't count the money, acted like I was. Told her there was $250(which I knew was the wrong amount, just so she could run it). She runs it through the machine and ends up getting an amount larger than I initially stated of course. Overall, the tellers are working in slow motions

December 30th at 11:45am. Doors locked. There's a sign that says they are closed for Christmas but nothing about being close to days before New years.

This by far is the worst branch I have ever been in. I have been a holder for over 50 years. Teller would not fill out the deposit slip. "not her duty"??? I'm finished with B of A!!!!!!!!

Clean, friendly, open til 4pm on Saturdays. Make sure you make an appointment if you need to sit with one of their associates. You can do this in the app.

Worst customer service! They never pick up the phone. Online appointments are not available and they do not take walk ins. We are trying so hard to just change name on the account for months now with no help. Now we are just going to close our account if we can get an appointment.

Terrible service Not consistent and rude One time you get one service and the next they claim it is not available and treat you like you are a moron Long line of customer and only one teller while the manager and other assistants are miling around not doing anything and chatting

Made an appointment to see a banker Jaime, only to be told by Jamie at the time of the appointment that he's busy with his supervisor, and won't be available for a VERY LONG TIME. I guess a customer's time doesn't mean anything.

So frustrated. They said to make an appointment online or stand in a long line to make an appointment. I opted to make an appointment online, but when trying to do this, there is a message saying this bank no longer accepts appointments. I tried calling the bank and was routed to a call center in NV, where the associate tried to contact the bank for me. She could not reach the bank either. We've banked at BofA for many years and I'm seriously considering changing banks. :(

The worst Bank of America branch period. The tellers here feel like they are entitled and extremely bossy. They are clueless to customer service. I can understand needing to see ID but even when you make a deposit they insist you fill out your complete deposit slip including address, telephone, and personal info. This is just ridiculous when everything is electronic and tied to a persons ID. This branch was closed during Covid and should have remained closed with lousy tellers that have probably worked here too long. Be careful of teller 13. She should be fired or at least taught some adequate customer service skills. BofA you can do better than this.

I made an appt to open another acct and this was confirmed. The bank failed to follow through and said we did not have an appt... what a waste of time!

So is it me or is it ironic that your "relationship" manager yells at customers and accuses them of possibly causing her some major health crisis? Is this a regular occurrence? Why does one of your employees get to treat customers like that? Based on the other reviews your branch has received, don't you think that you need to focus on better customer service? And why has there been no response from your branch to any of the concerns other reviewers have posted? Is yelling at customers and providing subpar service acceptable for you? Yelling at customers and accusing them of wrongdoing is not the way to go.

Beware Burlingame and any other hapless person who may go to this branch of BOA! You may think you are there to make a deposit, but no. You may think you are there to order checks? Hah! You may even think you have gone there to get some help with your account! Some advice... first, while you can clearly count 8-10 employees wandering around doing nothing, they only allow ONE to actually worK at a time. So download every episode of Seinfeld to binge watch during your indeterminable wait. Bring snacks, any medications you may take on a schedule and a charger. Also notify your family, tell them you are going to this branch and if you don't surface by nightfall, please call the police. Second, beware of Marlene and Erik. They will not help you mind you because they are soo busy, however Marlene in particular will have plenty of time to proudly stand in the very center of the branch and mock you to other customers when you ask for some of the 8-10 aimless staff to assist you. Smug in the knowledge that absolutely no one at the branch will do anything to stop her or hold her accountable. She will gleefully humiliate you and if you are still standing and have the strength and courage to go to the Asst Mgr Erik, he will tell you with dripping condescension to make an appt and wait another 30 min to lodge a complaint. Or, alternately you can call customer service because the 8-10 employees on site are forbidden from working at the same time. Third and finally, with Marlene now openly making fun of you and rolling her eyes and Asst Mgr Erik daring you to stay longer, you are stuck. You will ask to close your account and Erik will say great and ask you to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes or alternately, call customer service. I am so tired of the withering, inept, humiliating team at BOA. They have made (and this branch in particular) banking worse that pulling teeth. Admit it, wouldn't you rather have your house burn down than deal with these chuckleheads? I am going to close my account right after I get off of hold on the BOA Customer Service line. I am only 19th in line. I wonder if they transferred Asst Mgr Erik to the department.

Came here for an emergency matter. Erik, the assistant manager and the seemingly complicated matter was resolved very smoothly. Also, liked how he tactfully and politely handed a young rude customer who has an attitude

I made an online appointment for today. In the comment line I said what info I need to bring to open a Trust account. Never received a reply on what to bring but that didn't matter. I sit down with someone to open an account and they say that they have a trust person to open those accounts.I walked out..... Just a waste of my time. Opened a Schwab account no problem
