This bank will treat you only as a number. They don't care if your accounts have been in good standing for years they will close them with no reason given at all. They will turn off your bank cards and then you will get a letter saying come get your money. They will only give you three weeks' written notice to pick up your closed accounts money. Then they will expect you to come into the branch and smile while they act like they have no idea what happened. This bank is a big joke. Go elsewhere with your money.

Today PNC truly disappointed me and i will be leaving, my account was hacked and they are saying they can't refund my money because it was over 60 days but the most recent hits were not that were so significant that it made me notice.

Worst bank ever! I would recommend Bank of America over PNC any day and they are the absolute worst or were before PNC. I spoke with 13 reps over a 5 hour span and the 12th was the only one who was able to and willing to resolve my problem. Pathetic doesn't even cover PNC bank... stay far far away.

The worst mortgage bank. During covid time, i tried to pay off over the phone but they did not allow to pay fully. Instead i gotta pay as much as it only remained 1 cents because they required me to come back to the US to pay fully. 6 months later i just flew to the US to pay 1 cents to close the loan. After that they found out they missed the calculation and it caused me miss every 6 months payments, causing my credit score badly.

I was a long term customer of theirs, back to when I moved from Canada and they were the US branch of RBC.This week I had my credit limit reduced on a card from 20k to $600. No notice, no reason. I have very good credit, with high limits on multiple cards.I have never had this happen, and it is ridiculous to do this to a customer they served for 20 years. I dont use that card much, but its about the principle. They clearly didnt value my business over the years or want to gaon more business. There was a real shot of them getting more of it, now that they have local branches. I fail to see any reason to do business with them.

My husband had a direct deposit from Uber and Door Dash since may 2019 and up to date the money has not been posted. BBVA says they experience system problem and are fixing it, for over a year? Btw the amount not posted yet is around 17k, 17k!!!!! BBVA is a joke, avoid this bank.

I want to say that I had a great experience speaking with Susan and Flora! As Susan provided excellent customer service being able to answer all of my questions along with finding the right service to best fit my needs. I would definitely recommend seeking them out whenever in need of some help. A lot of the other banks that I shopped around at were just looking to sign me up for any loan not taking anything I say into account so this meant a lot. Walking in, make sure you ask for SUSAN!!!

My girlfriend went to deposit cash for me that exceeded $10,000 cash. Much to my dismay, the tellers kept her waiting for over 30 minutes while they questioned her the source of the money. I understand that it is a federal requirement but my girlfriend told me that she felt guilty by the numerous questions asked of her. The person behind the counter was not sure about the procedures that is required. My girlfriend, who comes from a village in Eastern Europe, had to explain to the teller that in certain parts of the world street addresses and numbers are not common. The teller kept on asking her for her house number when one did not exist. The manager even mentioned to the teller that it was taking too long. Fault resolution and customer service is not comparable to other BBVA banks that I have dealt with.
