Parking on Burlingame Avenue can be a challenge, but you can enter from the rear public parking lot. All metered so you have to pay. accessible to all abilities. Hair salon, and back led by Angela who is top-notch.

Blue Mercury is a standout in the retail beauty world, and it’s largely thanks to exceptional team members like Marie and Anna. Their commitment to service and extensive knowledge of the products they offer are unmatched. What truly sets them apart is their ability to understand my needs without pushing unnecessary items. When they recommend a product, I never question it because I know they’re offering thoughtful, personalized advice based on what’s best for me—not just what’s on the shelves.
Marie and Anna embody true professionalism in a way that so many businesses have forgotten. Their presentation, demeanor, and dedication to their roles reflect an understanding of why it’s critical to carefully select who represents your company. They not only act the part but look it as well—always dressing in a polished and professional manner, which is equally important in creating a strong impression.
I genuinely enjoy coming into Bluemercury because I see these values reflected every time I walk through the doors. It’s refreshing to visit a business that upholds the same high standards I value in professionalism, presentation, and service.

What can I say! This is the best location we have been to. I'm a Sephora girl, but after this visit, I may just jump ship and invest my time and money at Blue Mercury Burlingame from now on! My mom has had health issues for year now and has been communicated by the doctor that she needs to start walking or there will be a decline. My parents live on Park St which is only 2 blocks away from the shopping center. So my mom and I decided to start going on walking dates at the center. Who doesn't love that! :) During our walk we decided to go into Blue Mercury because I remember they carried the CE Ferulic by Skinceuticals. Ana was the lovely lady in front who greeted us and immediately asked us what we came in for. After helping me and educating on the Augustins Bader brand she didn't stop there, she assisted my mom. Mind you, we have entered several stores in the center. No one paid any attention to my mom, let alone opened the door for her when she was having trouble entering with her walker. I know! Ana made my mother feel so special. She did her brows, matched her with a foundation, powder and blush. She knew her stuff! And most importantly my mom was so happy and felt beautiful. You could see her light up! Thank you so much Ana! I hope this review gets to you! Your kindness today made not only my day, but my mother's! This was the exact pick me up that she needed to boost her motivation to build her mental and physical health! This experience made my mother daughter date so memorabe. We will be back to see you soon! P.S Aaannnddd she mad sure we left with samples based on our skincare concerns. I have been a loyal customer of Blue Mercury for years, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Anna. Initially, I met Anna at the Redwood City location, where her professionalism and expertise in skincare left a lasting impression on me. When she transferred to Blue Mercury in Burlingame, I didn't hesitate to follow her to continue benefiting from her outstanding service. Anna stands out because of her genuine commitment to her customers. She doesn't just sell products to meet a goal; she ensures that the items she recommends are exactly what her clients need. Her approach involves asking insightful questions to fully understand your skincare concerns and preferences. This dedication to building strong relationships is why I trust her implicitly with my skincare needs. The Burlingame location is not just great because of Anna. The entire team, including Laura and Maria, are consistently knowledgeable and passionate about the brands they represent. Their collective professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service make every visit a pleasant experience. Despite having a Blue Mercury location closer to my home, I choose to visit the Burlingame store. The level of customer service, depth of product knowledge, and the professional consistency I find at this location are unmatched. I highly recommend Blue Mercury Burlingame for anyone looking for top-notch skincare advice and products.

I was visiting the area on a work trip with a couple of my coworkers and decided to stop into Blue Mercury. Ana welcomed us with open arms literally. She educated us in skincare (both face and body). Because I was traveling without checking luggage, I wasn’t able to purchase as much as I wanted to but Ana could’ve sold me the whole store ! I look forward to visiting the store again. This store is lucky to have Ana!

I went in today and Amanda and Jenny (I hope I remembered the names correctly) were SO sweet! We ended up chatting for a few minutes and they were just really cool, so glad I walked in this store :) . They carry some of my favorites stuff, I hadn't seen this in stores for a while (covid duh) but they had the Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask and I would have been all over it and probably would have bought the whole dang store out if I wasn't moving next week. If I'm ever back in the Bay, I am coming back here FOR SURE

I had my first visit at this particular branch & I couldn't be more pleased!! Your staff, Mary Ann, went out of her way to get me my product from Skinceuticals which happened to be unavailable from the store, but she made sure I could still get my hands on it the next day since I'm leaving back home to PH that night. She's the sweetest! x

Review for my first visit at any Blue Mercury location in June 2019. This location also offers spa services that I haven't tried. In the past I've been too intimidated to go inside, but I got over it because I saw a sign for the summer sale promotion. The retail space reminds me of Sephora with some overlap of brands carried. The store carries many high end brands including La Mer but you can also find items under $10 e.g. from Patchology. This location also carries products for men, notably the Jack Black line which is not available in the Sephora Burlingame store. Many of the brands had free gifts with purchase at the time of my visit. During my visit, I received the best service from Holiday. She was friendly, answered all my questions, and prepared extra samples. I would definitely come back when Holiday is working!
