“I rented a wet/dry vaccuum 12 gallon to suck up a diatomaceous earth spill in my house as it would ruin my dyson vacuum. The ladies including Kristie were very kind and patient with me. I even got a person in the front to load it into my car. The man who loaded it into my car was very rude and intimidating though… The rental process was easy to understand, $20 for 4 hours, $4 damage protection fee, $25 deposit. Make sure to come back with all pieces together and throw away the vacuum bag. There is a $25 cleaning fee if you were to return it dirty/too lazy to clean it. I wiped the vacuum to remove the white dust I picked up, so I was able to evade that fee. The man who inspected the vacuum after the return was also nice to me as well. I would come back to rent vacuums. But do be careful there are a lot loiters outside.”
