This is our local bank, and the people there are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't feel like just a customer I feel valued the customer service manager is doing something right in that branch .

Terrible service here... I went into this branch with a question about an account I manage. The teller was unable to answer my question and stated that I needed an appointment with a banker to ask how to close an account. The banker was not in, so I left my business card and asked to be called upon their return. It's been a few days now, and I have yet to receive a call. I've gone to another branch and received immediate assistance. Friendly staff, but extremely unhelpful.

I hate to write a bad review to someone. This is my first bad review in my life. I am so disappointed with the Chase Burlingame location. I spoke with Diana, who is a bank branch to stop charging me for a deposit box months ahead of when my fee was due because I didn't use it. She promised she would take care of it. But 2 months after I was charged the fee. I came back and talked to her/Diana again about why I got charged even though we already canceled it. She said, no worries the money will be refunded to my account but it never came. I met her again last week 6 months before Easter Sunday. She didn't want to follow up her on the promise. It was easy for her, said, she couldn't help but she gave an #1800 number so I had to follow up by myself. It is such an ignored thing that all mistakes, on my busy schedule but I have to complete the work myself. I ended up calling #1800 and talking to the reps. The #1800 reps said, the bank branch needed to call her to fix it, not me. The 800 rep said, "They never got any phone calls from the bank branch to cancel this deposit box. " So I got back to the bank the same day, couldn't find Diana and left a note to Diana to please call me back but she never called me back. It is sad as much as my family and I love this bank, I don't think we will use this bank anymore!

Every time I visit this place, Jack Cheang is at the desk giving the best, most delightful, 5-star customer service experience. He is so professional, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He always makes me feel so welcomed and he is like this with every single customer. He consistently delivers great customer experiences to everyone. He truly is a shooting star. Chase is lucky to have him as a team member. His exceptionalism radiates through his genuine personality and quality service.

I want to thank Yasmin for her great help and excellent service! She is very professional and knowledgeable. I had so many questions for her when I was opening a new account, and she was very patient with me and never made me feel rushed. She answered all of my questions clearly and in detail. Also, whenever I visit this branch, I always have to bring my toddler with me who can be loud ? but she is super friendly to him and never made me feel uncomfortable. A great asset to the bank!

I deposited $5000 cash into the ATM and got a receipt spit out saying that the deposit did not go through. I talked to the employees telling them I need the deposit so that I could pay my mortgage. It's been over two weeks since they told me the issue would be resolved within 10 days. They refused to credit my account first so that I could pay my mortgage and have barely heard from them since. I had to scrape money together from other places so that I could pay my mortgage on time and now it's like they are holding my money hostage. Everyone is nice at this bank when you open an account or if you want to refi your house but no one can do anything to help when something goes wrong.

Great customer service here and line moves quickly. Unfortunately there are no ATM machines inside, just outside. Nonetheless, it doesn't take long to wait for a teller.

I had a horrible experience at this bank , I went to pay my credit card bill I had some cash also my ATM card to pay for the rest but because my ID was expired I could make the payment. I understand you need an ID if you are making a withdrawal but making a payment. This is the first time on my live I have to give an ID to make a payment. . My credit card , my ATM card and my ID have the same name just because was expired doesn't change anything. No wonder they are begging for customers giving away 250 dollars to open an account with them. This bank has a poor customer service.

I have been a regular customer at this. Ranch for n me any years while I lived in Burlingame. I have since moved to Brisbane but kept my safe deposit boxes (3) there. I just installed a safe in my home and wanted to close out the boxes. I spoke with a customer service gentleman on the phone who suggested I make an appointment and gave me a time. His name was Mr. Singh. I got notices on Tuesday and Wednesday reminding me of the appointment. Both I and my partner rearranged our schedules to meet the appointment; but when we showed up there was a sign on the door that the branch was indefinitely closed and no information was available from anywhere. Alarmed, I tried to track down someone to help. The beach was closed from Thursday and then reopened on Tuesday. When I talked to the manager on Tuesday, she insisted that people were notified unless an appointment was made online (which mine was not). She told me to come in again without an appointment and would close the boxes for me. She said the COVID caused the shorthand news, but gave no explanation as to why I wasn't informed of the closure, and said she could not guarantee it would no ot happen again. Do not trust them.

Five stars to Ibrahim Abussad (Assistant VP). It's probably been a year now but he helped me with some transactions that involved a lot of question and answer. Extremely professional, patient and kind. Not sure if he still at this location but I hope Chase sees the review.
