Tow young ladies works there they do the best to no open accounts or to no give you any information just to stay setting for bla bla bla and checking phones No help No information No knowledge about the job. She visit the banker inside 3 times to ask what she should do after that she told me hen need 45 min on lunch break

Incredibly rude customer service - Karina Ghor was the banker I had the displeasure of meeting. If you see her, just leave the bank because she won't help. I walked in at 3:40pm on Saturday, and she told me very abruptly that the bank will close at 4pm, and that I should just go online. She was also racist, rude, and all around not helpful with what I went into the bank for. She had no idea about any of Chase promotions, and was not helpful in providing any information.

Never thought I'd write a review for a bank but here I am...their service was that bad! I walked into the bank at 3:40, only to be told by the banker that the bank closes at 4pm. That still gives me twenty minutes!! They don't know about any of the promotions Chase is running, don't know anything about upgrading credit cards (kept telling me it's not a thing, even though I was able to do it later on the phone!), and generally are extremely rude, abrupt and angry people. Chase should fire the people who work here because it's giving the service a horrible name, and losing customers. They really need to re-evaluate one banker in particular, the one I had the horrible displeasure of meeting: Karina Ghor. Horrible lady, extremely unprofessional and racist.

I opened a business account at this branch which literally took about 5-6 hours to complete . That was nearly two months ago I have yet to receive my buisness debit card I wouldn’t recommend chase for buisness

Friendly staff, parking, ATM and Safe deposit are available. Do not use street parking it's not free a free parking for Chase Bank customers is available. If you are coming on El Camino Real take a right just before Broadway. Or if you are coming on Broadway take a left on Cappuccino Ave.

I opened a new savings account with Chris, and right after I went home from the bank, I checked online that I was actually eligible to get the CASH Bonus (which I believe $200) and I did not get or was informed at the time when I opened this new savings account. The next day I called and spoke to Chris, and he was fully aware about the bonus (but hey.. still did not inform me at the time), and asked me if I could provide him with the offer code. I gave him the offer code, when he tried to enter, it could not be applied because the account was already opened. He then told me that the code should be applied right when the account was open (Yes, and you should be nice enough to tell me about it!!!). So I lost the CASH bonus I was eligible for. Chris told me that he should not be the person who inform be about the cash bonus because that promotion comes from marketing department. I don't buy his excuse, and I don't understand why someone can not be nice enough to tell the customers any promotion that they are entitled too??? And why he even told me about the Chase credit card points rewards for that month if everything should come from the marketing department? Another thing is: When I opened the account, I clearly told Chris to set up automatic payment for my Safe Deposit Box, but I still got a letter from Chase saying I haven't paid for the safe deposit box!!! What are you doing, Chris??? DID YOU EVER LISTENED TO THE CUSTOMER??? I am a very long time customers (more than 10 years) for Chase Credit Cards. The behavior of the staff make me think I should switch to another bank.

Came into this branch, been waiting for awhile now. There are bankers here but this lady is just chatting, right now it's 2:50p and it's been already been 15 mins. As a do called valued customer this is unexceptable.

I run a business and recently opened a business account with this branch. The service is horrible. While the individuals are pleasant and try hard, I have wasted a lot of time trying to get results out of them and find that they make a lot of mistakes (checks don't arrive, credit cards don't arrive, they don't know how to process simple transactions). The worst part is that when you call the branch, they often don't pick up the phone. You can't leave a message, you just need to keep trying to call back. To solve this issue, I have gone in physically a few times and found that I am often left waiting for 20 or 30 minutes. Again, everyone is pleasant, but I don't have time to waste on dealing with their inadequacies. Avoid this bank.

I think this is one of the Best Customer Service oriented Bank. Very helpful. Plain and simple.
