I paid my first visit to the store and met with the crew today. The FORCE felt strong with them. Johnny is obviously the Master Jedi of this tiny yet efficient temple of firearms with a narrow product range yet a decent selection of pistols! Today's world is complicated enough, you know, so I absolutely do not want any more distracting things getting in the way while I'm shopping, especially when I'm SPECIFIC about what I am looking for -- In my most preciously valuable time -- which is not often yet strictly always the case. TIME is not something that I create or make. So, I'm glad that I chose to invest my TIME as well as money in a sincere effort to SUPPORT this business today; as my appreciation for what they do, I'm sure did not remain unacknowledged in the eyes of a true BOSS. Will, on the other hand, absolutely SOUNDed like a compassionate padawan learner who felt a little hesitant to use his salesperson skills as he did not take initiative until I encouraged him to actually contribute to my decision making. He works in between two obviously opposing forces. I bet it's one of his daily challenges to find balance in such demanding current of electricity. I hope he does not short circuit. He is striving. And lastly, Scott, who took care of almost all of my paperwork related requirements in a fashion felt like a total master mason of this very day that we live in, totally speculative. Operative ones are the originals who built temples. Brothers like Scott happen to be super functional to work as a tiler of a Lodge. He would be the Sorceress defending Castle Grayskull in Masters of the Universe Cartoon & Toys franchise. I am glad that today, together WE as Merchant and Client, both showed RESPECT to each others' time as a mutual effort. It felt GOOD and MANly. Perhaps after all, the entire concept of diplomacy are for those who are struggling to accept the fact that in the absence of authority, common sense and written documents are evidences enough to make a secure transaction. Perhaps diplomacy is the most legitimate way that "Our Unquestionable Dependency & AS WELL AS LOVE for Women as MEN" could be justified; although the word "EVIL" comes from the word "Eve" in plain sight, who happens to be the origin of it. Overall, I liked the manly attitude they all displayed. Despite a few obstacles, it turns out everybody wanted to do their own part the most legitimate way. Nice meeting you, ALL!

Don't celebrate just yet. Save yourself from a headache and extra leg work and run away! This dealer will ruin your firearms experience! They are by FAR the worst dealer in California. The middle aged man pretending to work there always sits behind the computer and doesn't say anything but he randomly spits some words and barges in the conversation like a child. The first time I conducted business with Coyote Point Armory was in march of 2021 and it was inconvenient and painful but I decided to let it go and not make a big deal out of it. For my first encounter I had to make 4 visits, that's 4 round trips a total of 264 miles! I called to obtain information on a H&K USP V1 full size and they said they had them in stock for a fair price so I drove over to make the purchase. Upon arrival almost immediately I felt unwelcome and distressed, The middle aged person behind the counter lacked customer service skills and had a dismissive behavior, He didn't show any interest in my inquiry and made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately for me they were getting ready to close for the day so I had to come back another day to start the DROS. The next time around I received the same hospitality from the same middle aged man and once again I was turned away and was told that my car registration was not a valid proof of residency because the registration had ONE day left to take effect and be valid so I had to come back another day! The requirement to start a DROS is a valid CA ID and FSC. proof of residency can be submitted on the pick up day, I've done this process many times. So for the third visit I dealt with a different sales rep, A young gentleman and a young girl were there, they were both polite and very motivated to help and this time around everything went smoothly without any problems. I also had to get my fsc card since my old one had expired. On the pickup date I dealt with the same young man and again he was courteous and helpful and finally before I paid the tab in full, The middle age man asked me if I was interested in purchasing a box of ammo and stated one box limit per customer. I said yes and asked if I could get another box with a different caliber, He immediately raised his voice and yelled "LIMIT ONE BOX PER CUSTOMER ONLY!!! I paid the tab and left and never looked back... Later I discovered some scuff marks on the front of the slide of the brand new pistol... I'll provide a photo for reference. Fast forward to 10-4-2023 I found a gun for sale on calguns. The seller was located near the peninsula and wanted to meet at Coyote point armory to do the ppt, Both seller and I had previously conducted business with Coyote point so we agreed to meet around 2pm When I arrived the two previous salesmen were present. Another elderly gentleman who I assumed to be the owner of the establishment was also present, No customers other than myself were present. I was greeted by the younger man who had previously helped me and I informed him that I wanted to do a ppt but I had lost my FSC card and needed to make a copy, The owner immediately interrupted the conversation and said they do ppt if all the requirements are present. I mentioned that I had my fsc taken at their location and by law they are obligated by law to make me a copy for $5 but they refused to do so because the employee who had previously helped me is no longer working for them and they can not access the file and the only way for me to get an fsc from them is to purchase another firearm because they don't make money through ppt....These are the words that came from the owner....He didn't care, didn't bother to check for my name, he just didn't want to help. I got cheated again for the 2nd time... I understand that ppt transfers do not provide a profit for dealers but it is their obligation to perform this task by LAW. Refusal to do so can have consequences from the department of justice.

Terrible customer service and even worse prices. Will never do work with these people after my first experience. Rude and costs for a transfer are ridiculous. If I could give these guys negative stars I would. Please do not ever use this place it is criminal what they charge and they talk down to you like your an idiot.

What can I say. It's a gun shop, they did what they say they do. I started from scratch, did FSC, paid for gun, did the paperwork, waited the 10 days, and came back and picked up the gun. The experience was way better than "Peninsula Guns" just a couple miles away, which was awful.

These guys are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Don't believe any negative reviews, they probably have never even been in the store. If you go there you will see this is a great place to buy anything you need for shooting. This is my go to place for guns and ammo, highly recommend.

My wife and I went in to do a ppt, transfering from me to her because the intrafamilia transfer on the DOJ website takes about 6-9months. And we needed gun for her for a ccw class at the time. And the owner said he didnt wanna do the transfer becuase it was a glock 17 and you should not ccw a glock 17. Right from the start my wife and I got the feeling like he never wanted to do the transfer or to help us with anything. Keep in mind that I had called earlier that day and told them exactly what and why I am coming down and if they would be able to sqaure me away with a ppt, and they said yes. So in all after all that he denied the ppt. So we went to city arms in pacifica right after and got it done in 10-15mins no hassle or questions. And I am not paid by anyone this is a true experience. Spend your money some where else, I highly reccomend City arms or cordiela gun exchange. This gun store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 14years of being in this hobby. I have never been denied for a ppt ever.

Brought in a Glock 22 because the slide was jammed onto the frame. I was given the attention of 4 employees there, trying to figure out what happened to my .40. Customer service was excellent. Finally, I left it with the gunsmith who called me a couple of days that I needed to replace the barrel. The Gunsmith fee was reasonable at $45.

When I walked into the store, I couldn't help but notice that the two guys behind the cash register seemed a bit distant, which made me feel a bit unwelcome. However, I want to give a shout-out to the younger gentleman with the ponytail who helped me with paperwork; he was friendly and approachable. Despite the store being a bit far from my immediate area, the prices and unique offerings make it worth the drive. In fact, a few weeks later, I ended up purchasing a new firearm from them and already have my eyes set on another piece.

Love this place, went there the first time about a month ago, since then the guys at coyote point armory have helped me with a couple purchases. Everyone here is very nice and very helpful. I'd recommend anyone looking to purchase a firearm should give this place a visit. They have a large stock with many options and they are always getting new one's. Un like most shops will have the same guns for years.

I had purchased CZ P01 about a month and a half ago. The price was reasonable and while they didn't have one in stock they had promised to have one in few days. Indeed, 2 days later I had received a call that my gun was in. I had to come in to do the paperwork. My electrical bill which I brought as proof of residency was outdated and I had to go home for a newer one. I just made it back before their closing time. The transaction went smooth. The guys in there appeared to know what they were doing. I would definitely use them again. I can't believe there are people who bring loaded weapons with safety off into the store and then complain and play the victim.

This was the fastest Private Party Transfer I have ever experienced ! They had their act together and all were informative and polite. No drama. Buyer had all the required documents, of course. Other stores only PPT one day per week by appointment and yet others charge a $75 storage fee !!! Not here. Thanks Team Coyote Point Armory.
