This place is a complete rip-off. The sales staff lures unsuspecting women off the street, who are walking alone, and then cranks up the music, doing pseudo mind control techniques and does massive hard selling with raised voices and overly loud attempts at enticing the solo store visitor into purchasing way too many products...which, themselves, appear either old or as resale items. This place needs to be shut down.

*****this place is a complete scam!!!! enter at your own risk!!!****** i am only giving them 1 star because i can't post without doing so, but trust me, these people are only stars at ripping people off!!!!!these scammers will push expensive products on you and make false claims. they told me there was a special promo for 12 complimentary facials with the expensive product i purchased. every time i call for an appt, no one answers and when they finally did, they said they would call me back and never did. i have left several messages to make an appt on their voicemail and no one has ever returned my call. i encourage you to do the same and i guarantee no one will answer. i even texted the salesperson, giuseppe marcello, and he never responded. they got my money and that's was all they cared about. these people have no conscience. as others have commented, not sure how they sleep at night?this unethical business should be shut down!!! i went on the bbb website, as i am also going to file a claim there and not surprisingly, there are many others who have made similar complaints.we need to put these scammers out of business!!!!

This place preys on anyone they can get inside to sell extremely overpriced LED light products on credit. We have the district attorney and the FDA investigating. Synchrony Bank, responsible for Care Credit, has dozens of complaints but has not stopped extending credit to people who are then paying for garbage products they deem "medical" as a way to take zero returns. DO NOT be taken in. PLEASE walk away to reconsider for at least 24 hours before purchasing anything because they operate on hard pressure and "discounts". They do NOT itemize receipts on purpose so you can't tell how much you've paid for any one thing and throw in a bunch of useless creams to seal the deal claiming they are worth a lot when then are not. Not sure how these people sleep at night. They are absolutely heartless and cruel.

Employees convinced my 82 year old mother to buy a red light machine for $2,000. Their "price" started at $11,000. My mom said she kept trying to leave and David, the salesman wore her down with offer after offer until she finally agreed to buy for $2,000. When I went back to the store with my mom to tell them they needed to refund her money, David insisted my mom wanted to make the purchase and understood the no refund policy. He said that there was video footage of her agreeing to the purchase. He showed me a photo he took on his phone, showing my mom smiling with her packages. After two visits and heated discussions, they finally agreed to refund my mom's money minus a $200 restocking fee. (my mom had taken off the outer paper packaging). At first, they wanted to charge her a $1,000 restock fee, and then it went down to $400. I finally agreed to the $200 restock fee. This hard sell experience caused my mom and me a lot of stress and worry. While I was there I noticed that there are ZERO customers in this store and 4 staff. Two are stationed outside, trying to lure in customers, and there are two "managers" inside. How can a store with zero customers pay Burlingame Ave rent and salaries for four staff? This store is shady and preys on elderly women--Beware!!

The Introstem eye treatment made an instant difference. My age lines softened immediately, it's worth it! I did also receive a complimentary facialWith my purchase. I really appreciated the one on one service, And the store manager was attentive and helpful. I look forward to trying other products.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received by Martin LeRoi from Elements Wellness. He took special attention to my needs and was very accommodating. The treatment used on my face was state of the art skin treatment and results were immediately noticeable. I am hooked on this skincare treatment and will continue to use.

If you want to be scammed this is your place!! They prey on the vulnerable! They are your typical stand outside and try and lure people into their establishment! They show you these " life changing " machines and convince you spending $6-9K is nothing compared to what you would spend on surgery to get the same results! My poor mother was a victim of their sleeze ball antics and then got her to apply for credit when she said she couldn't afford it! I will be their worst nightmare and if I lived closer I would stand outside their establishment and yell til I'm blue in the face that they guys are pieces of s*** and what they are doing is taking advantage of senior citizens to earn a few bucks! Stay far away from Jay and everyone who works there! I believe in karma and what comes their way they deserve! Don't fall for anything they say or what they sell! Look them up - total scam artists!!

Convinced my mother to purchased highly priced products and open credit with Care Credit. Did not tell her that products are non-refundable until AFTER purchasing the items. Predatory business practice and has very nice and persistent employees who do not take no for an answer. PLEASE AVOID AND SHARE THE WORD.
