He lies and put other people from the other facility in He's lies
He's a racist person fake pretending like he's the own of this facility
I don't know but the way he lies and talk to me is nothing at all profesional
Feel discriminate me

As a small businessman I value great service and cleanliness. I have to say I've rented and leased many storage spaces in the 15+ yrs I've been operating and extra space storage in burlingame may just be my final destination.
The staff is amazingly helpful and courteous, and the facility especially the floors and the bathroom are constantly tended to.
Thank you to Sandra especially for making my move in easy, and when the space I originally rented wasn't adequate THANK YOU for making my next THREE!! Moves seamless and although I know I must have been a pain thank you for making me feel like it was no bother to accommodate me.

Michael is an excellent site manager. His communication has been timely and helpful. He assisted me with finding the best promotions for my rental situation including downsizing to a smaller unit. The facility is a bit difficult to enter because the entrance is a gated garage. Our 10ft truck fit, but anything bigger probably would not. It is difficult to park outside the facility also because it is a small corner of the street with surrounding businesses. There are plenty of moving carts for use which was handy. There is only one elevator but that didn't really become a problem because the facility was never super busy when we were moving items in or out. Our biggest issue was the price. We changed to a smaller unit and saved about $200 on the rental cost but after just a few months, the price rose $140 for that same unit.
