although the jewelry is cute the store employee blatantly accused me of stealing when i VERY obviously put thevitem back where it was. I was so excited to shop there and the store employee completely ruined my experiance. 1 star i don't recommend.

Really enjoyed my experience here. They made the return for an item I changed my mind about seamless and the store was well kept and organized. The store associates were really sweet and attentive.

This company is NOT trustworthy. They "buy" thousands of dollars worth of stuff from small business and then do NOT pay them. They do not contact them and actively block these small business from communicating with them. They even went as far as removing commenting abilities on their instagram (go see for yourselves) in order to silence the people they have stolen from. DO NOT do business with them. Their in store products are cheap and marked up in price.

Just want to talk about my experience, I do go quite often and there’s one older woman, who is probably the manager, who is really pushy and tried to force me to sign up for rewards. the other younger girls are always super nice though! I don’t like when people are pushy , it makes me uncomfortable.

This is a nice little store with lots of jewelry, candles clothes and limited shoes. They told me if I buy I pair of shoes the second pair was free. That is what I did.a month prior they had the same deal and I bought two pairs of shoes. I got back to my office around the corner and was showing them to a co worker and noticed one pair was to large.(Remembering their sizes are not always accurate )so I went back with in an hour, receipt in hand to-get a smaller size. I was told by a different cashier the shoes were not free as there was no red tag, and they were taken from me. ! I was never told about a red tag and since the purchase was made and I left the store they should have honored it. It was their error .I did not see one red tag on any of she shoes .I then offered to buy them but not for $60. I will never go back to this store. This is Not good customer service

I went to Francesca's yesterday and today. I do agree with a past review that there were no strict social distancing rules. Today the cashier said that even though there is a sign that says "everything 60% off" the candles weren't and there was no fine print saying otherwise. While that is the stores fault, the cashier had a rude tone and looked at my mom weird. PSA for management, I didn't ask for her name but she was tall, petite, fair skinned and has wavy medium brown hair.

While the staff was great and it was so nice to be out I noticed no strict social distancing measures in there. No limits on amounts of people. There were girls shopping not wearing a mask at all and no one was asking them to put a mask on. I love Francesca's but you have to think about what could be spread in those dressing rooms or even roaming around in the store when the restrictions aren't being followed.

One thing I had observed the last time I had gone to Francesca's is that the further reduced clothing items were quickly snatched up by the employees working there. I thought that was totally unfair and against any kind of store policy. Not sure I'll be returning to this location (that is, once Covid -19 restrictions are lifted) if this issue goes unaddressed.
