We are very pleased with the project that Guy and his team delivered for us! Our renovation plan included adding a new kitchen, master suite, and reading room to our home, nearly doubling the size of our home. Throughout the course of the project, Guy and his team were very responsive to our requests and made sure to keep up updated on the status of the project. In cases where something in our design plans couldn't feasibly be constructed, Guy and his team collaborated with us to come up with an alternative solution that satisfied all parties. Ultimately these positives, along with Genesis's competitive pricing, make Genesis a very attractive partner for home remodeling needs. We truly appreciated working with Guy and his team!

I used Genesis to remodel my upper level consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The end result is beautiful. My house feels like a luxury hotel due to the quality and craftsmanship delivered by the construction crew. Eddie and Juan were extremely professional and polite. Through the 4 months of construction, it was a pleasure to see their smiling faces everyday. They finished on schedule and I'm very happy with the final work. Guy was great to work with too. He's a General Contractor who is very organized. He doesn't sweat the small stuff, if something went wrong or there was a mistake, he accepted it and paid for the cost to fix it. Regarding feedback, I would have appreciated a bit more handholding with the selection of my fireplace. I ended up buying a fireplace that lead to unexpected construction costs. Nevertheless, we got through it and my fireplace is everything I ever wanted and we actively use it most days, living in cold Pacifica. I will very likely invite Guy and Danilo to come back to remodel my lower level once I save up capital again.

They came out for an estimate and gave me a quote. After some discussion, said will send me a document to esign, then ghosted me. I called, emailed, voice mailed multiple times to no avail. I was working against the deadline from the city, and this caused unnecessary delays which was not cool.

Guy and his team did a great job. Despite delays from the city in the permitting process, he was very communicative and his workers worked very efficiently. Highly recommended, will definitely use him again next time I need some work done!

I hired Genesis Home Remodeling for a complete interior renovation project because of quality, good working relationships, and competitive pricing. Guy Sellouk (owner) listens to the customer's needs and offers a one-stop-shop service with his team of subcontractors, engineers, architects, interior designers, electricians, painters, etc. He adhered to the contract schedule and adjusted with any change orders or permit-related delays from the city building department. He also provided excellent references and made himself available at all times.My overall experience with Genesis Home Remodeling is fantastic. Just two weeks ago, I sought out quotes for a small home remodeling project. It involved ripping out the ugly stained carpets on my stairs and hallway, and replacing them with hard wood. In addition, I was on a tight budget as I am a single parent. Not only did Genesis (Guy) respond to my inquiry within minutes, but they came the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was completed beautifully within two weeks! Really, the work was a three-day project with almost no disruption--and we work and go to school from home! I would absolutely recommend them and call then again for other home remodeling projects.

Guy and his team were great to work with. Incredibly professional, always on time, organized and fast. They added new insulation, replaced paneled walls, new lights, and flooring. I would highly recommend them for any project.

I have used Genesis for 2 separate jobs so far this year, once for a hardwood floor install and most recently for a water softener install... both time Guy has been very professional and his staff has been the same, courteous, clean... I would definitely recommend them for any work to be done around the house!!!

Guy and his team worked on the outside of our home. Because of water damage, moisture damage and wear and tear, the wood trimmings were very old and the panels were separating.They replaced all the trim and caulked the side panels that were separating and painted our entire exterior.It looks SO good! We've gotten so many compliments already!Guy was also very responsive with my questions along the way. He notified me before his contractors and workers were going to come as a heads up. His subcontractors also communicated with us as needed.And although the construction can get super messy with all the work that was done, they did an AMAZING job cleaning up as well, which we super appreciated especially since we have children.Thank you Guy and to your entire team for transforming our home and in a timely, professional manner! From the beginning of the process Guy was 100% professional. From coming out to my house to provide a quote and provide samples of flooring (hardwood floor install), to scheduling a crew to come out for the install. The crew that was sent again 100% professional and did the tear down & completed the install in 1 day!!! If you are looking for a team from beginning to end that will treat you with the outmost respect and true professionalism then this is the team you want to work with!!! I hired Genesis for their close proximity to my home but most of all for the great reviews. They have remodeled our master bedroom shower and did a fantastic job, they did such a great job we hired them to remodel our kitchen and replace our fence. Choosing Genesis Home Remodeling for my house renovation was easy after I watched them working on my friend's house and was amazed by the performance and high quality of project management.My project was including Flooring throughout the house(about 1,250 sqf)both carpet and hardwood,2 bathrooms and popcorn ceiling removal which automatically become a full paint job.The project was managed by Ron who was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to make few decisions regarding design issues I had and made it so much easier than I expected it to be.besides Ron, the rest of the workers were nice and made sure everything was clean and well organized the exact same way I saw them working on my friend's and I was happy to see it again in my house.Project like that normally should take lots of energy from homeowners throughout the process and could be very stressful ,but with Genesis Home Remodeling I was carefree and had a better experience than I expected and now I am planning my next project which is my kitchen remodeling and don't see any reason not to use Genesis Home Remodeling again.
